doing big damage doesnt really mean big power creep. card is kinda just whatever and the basic and stage 1 arent doing anything to push it over the top. sad day for the soccer bunny

Ledyian might be alright in festival lead, gust up a weak mon for a KO then damage into something else

I'm really excited for the kofu deck especially since velluza helps you against stone mask ogrepon so it can't just get walled

If the translation on crabominable is the right wording you can use crisis punch for free

Pidgeot would be good with the kofu archetype. play carmine, research, etc. to get kofus in the discard and also a few iridas. Do need to run 4 switch and prime catcher though probably

Ledian seems pretty good for GLC grass decks. Easy search to snag up an evolving basic or something that retreated

Haven't seen anyone mention it, but Kofu could be a great Lugia tech for getting energies back into the deck.

I'm excited to play Cinderace 😁 Also Crabs and Veluza are two of Kofu's Pokemon in game. I know he has a Wugtrio too so we might get another Wugs with that ability. I think he has a Finizen too (might be wrong on that) so maybe a Finizen as well? We have to wait to see. Kofu is one of my top favorite gym leaders from the game so I'm excited for his and Pokemon's cards. I love when they implement gym leaders and their Pokemon from the game into the TCG that work together 😄

Currently the best stage 2 ex Pokémon is still Charizard, but being block G then the H block cards will have some time to shine or I hope so. Currently nothing too broken for H block but I can't truly imagine what good cards will came out and what decks will rise after the fall of F block and then losing Charizard once G rotates. Maybe Cinderace will just be a mid card still, who knows, but honestly, I like more Incineroar than Cinderance. Let's see if the cat sees some play.

like how the crab deck potentially sounds with the kirlia engine, especially since gallade is still in format to get your kofu's (though the veluza is kinda useless ngl. maybe if it was psychic or was just the double colourless it could have been ok). the cinderace seems mid at best. the three energy attack is not near as broken as the other stellar mons and the first attack being 3 energy in a stage 2 isn't looking great. finally the zeraora could be interesting if Palkia revives with Area Zero underdepths. hope to see a counter energy reprint so that it could be a tech.

Ya... I wish the kofu deck's attackers needed one less collerless to attack. Right now it seems unrealistic to discard all FOUR Kofu's to start attacking. Also the Liepard engine from brillant stars with the same ability as Kirlia with more HP that can't be greninja"ed" is better right now in my opinion.

Finally something to play with garchomp. Dont even need to play a set of 4. Since it works with irida and drillburr to acelerate energdy to crabonible.

Zeraora could be interesting for going up against those Area Zero Underdepths decks. Palkia springs to mind as that'll be scary hitting higher numbers and now you can 1 shot it with a single prizer

Cinderace would be fantastic with Twilight Masquerade Infernape if they weren't both Stage 2s.

Cinderace for the second attack: First, play Crispin. That will search out your Fighting and Dark energy, attaching one to either Cinderace or Munkidori. Second, manually attach the other to Cinderace. Finally, Magma Basin. Option 2: Infernape on both Fire and Fighting to Cinderace, manually attack Dark.

When's the next set coming out
