If natural gas isn’t available, then there is a large LP tank that needs to get refilled regularly.

Figure 1 week of time per 100 sq ft of home to complete a turnkey build so 2400 sq ft house equals 6 months but don't forget upfront design time of 3 to 6 months call us some time for more info

3:36 If the windows are so light, you cant have a good isolation. So you need much energy to bring or take the room warm.

When you give specs at the beginning of the video can you give a price range of finished per square foot? Doesn’t have to be exact but “this house finished as is, is around xxx $”?? Would give us normal folk an idea of pricing instead of always 1 and 2+ million dollar homes. 😳
