When racing put wheel rotation on 540 and drift assist on sport. It helps a lot

I can't play it. In the latest free weekend I had a funny error. The game was choppy as hell but showed 60FPS. When I clicked outside the game it was smooth as long the game wasn't in focus. Clicking into the game and getting "focus" it was choppy again. But the game always showed 60 FPS :(
