Yes please build in that case. I am a big case fan and this will most likely be my next build case, I love it so far, best I’ve seen in awhile and would love to get inspiration from seeing you build in it.
Please do that Black & Yellow build! I love the case and I really wanna see someone who knows what they're doing build something epic with it.
Jay, I'm down for any build that uses glass - it's just so clean. Can't get that look with other tubing.
So glad I got this case as my first build in 20 years. I’m done and not thinking about custom cooling. Thanks for the idea!
Build in it. I'm using a Corsair Vengeance C70 case for my main rig. I think more bigger sized cases had carry handles on them. They're not needed often but when they're needed, it's a big help in moving it around.
The case makes Jay happy, sounds like a new Skunkworks needs to happen.

Just got done disassembling my 7000d and prepared it for the build. That reaction to the rear panel is perfect. It's solid and an absolute unit. First, this thing is not that big lol. Look up the Thor v2. That was bigger than this case. This is perfect. I think if space is a concern go with the 5000 or 4000 if doing a small build but the 7000d is just perfect and an absolute piece of art. Getting ready to get to the nitty gritty. Wish me luck all. Happy building all!
Still using my Corsair Obsidian 650D from 2012, but all other parts upgraded - because I love the build quality and features of the case. Mostly the built-in HDD/SSD hot-swap pocket that lets me just pop in any drive. Airflow leaves something to be desired, though - the 3900X gets a little warm.

When I first saw the 750D, I thought it was the most awesome case I'd ever seen. It took me until 2017 to be able to get my hands on one, but I have it. Still my favourite case. That said, I don't think I'm going to build another super-massive setup. It's too much of a hassle to move around, and with everything in it, it weighs a -ton-!

Looks like with that extra set of vertical mounts it would be a great candidate for a dual graphics card build (not that sli/crossfire is worth doing anymore). We haven't really seen much that could take two cards vertically.

Multi-GPU is still a thing, just not only for gaming. And no I'm not talking about Crypto-mining. I'm talking about Workstation workloads and DirectX 12 /Vulkan Multi-GPU gaming. SLI/Crossfire IS dead but Multi-GPU is still very much alive since it's a built-in API solution.

I would love to see Jay do a build in the 7000D! I have a 650D that I've used for about 10 years. Thinking of reusing it for my next build. The 650D is a great case, but this review reminded me of what I'd be missing out on by not using a newer case, especially if I use water cooling.

Wow. Having used the direct predecessor (750D) for a long time, these actually address all my concerns about build quality that the 750D used to have. Never thought I'd be willing to think about buying Corsair cases again. Plastic feet that snapped over time, side panels too flexy, easily snapped front grill holder etc. all non-existent and addressed by the video (or images) within the first 5 minutes. So clearly Corsair IS capable of fixing its broken shit, I am impressed.
