It's always such a pleasure watching a Dhalsim main in this game. So refreshing to see someone not using Magneto and still seeing tri-jumps.

I must say, seeing high level play from Dhalsim and Anarkis is more fun then I was expecting

In every game he’s in, Anakaris has a bunch of funky stuff that arguably would put him near the higher tiers in most games. Unfortunately in The Darkstalkers series a well as/especially Mvc2 there is just so much broken shit that I think he tends to be on the lower tiers. I think I remember him being considered one of the better characters in Fighting evolution, so there’s that.

Call me a traditional, but when it comes to fighters and shmups I prefer the comfort of a stick versus a controller. Those callouses are no joke. My boss let me borrow his RAP4, that was enough for me to buy my own stick when he needed it back 😅

In the first match, at the end sent is so big when you do cyclops ult in the air you dont have to wiggle it or anything, just aim down left in the diagonal and itll just keep hitting him. You can also mash out of the little mummy transformation to get out quicker.

How is the learning curve for this game compared to something like DBFZ? I spent like 400+ hours on dbfz, got the gist of it and was pretty decent at my skill level. I always felt like MVC2 was a whole other monster though, it seems like a whole lotta neuch+don’t get hit kinda gameplay but the combos seem harder to do compared to dbfz. But I’m assuming the transition would be easier for me than a person who doesn’t play tag team VS games.

1:52 -- wonder if you could have crossed over into a skyward SOB (Super Optic Blast) instead of the Hyper. Tough break on the whiff. 🤣🤣

It apparently can be programmed to allow difficult special move motions like zangief spinning pile drive in st fighter 2 turbo amongst other real hard to execute moves to be done by just pressing one button. The problem is there is no step by step tutorial on how to do this anywhere on all of KZread. And yet the controller has been out for an entire year. Would you be willing to do such a step by step tutorial for us on this KZread channel using this 8bitdo Pro 2 Bluetooth controller for nintendo Switch?
