At the age of 70, Ben Wycott (Robert De Niro) was a successful businessman when he was young, and after his retirement, he returns to the workplace and joins a fashion shopping site founded by Jules Austin (Anne Hathaway) as a senior intern. At first, Ben Wycott seems out of place among the young people in the company, but his easy-going personality soon wins him the favor and trust of his colleagues.
Jules Austin, Ben Wycott's boss, was burdened with work and family at a young age. Her life was out of balance, and even the company's board of directors began to question her ability to do her job. Ben Wycott, with his rich experience in life, helps Jules Austin to recognize herself, and the two of them develop from superior and subordinate to friends who have nothing to say to each other!
