Actually, I think this might be helpful, if your down bridging place a block below you and it will save you, but don’t go too down because it might kill you from fall damage.

There is actually a way to go up with this u go up to the block crouch look down not all the way but kinda between 2 blocks and hold a place button an u can build up to 10 blocks in survival and if I remember it's 20 to 30

0:50 how do you break minecraft physics? trees float, there are no physics

To avoid being killed down there just create a small box underneath the bridge and just hide in there, but make sure you’re far enough down that if they try to jump down, they will die from fall damage

@@chickrenroasts5981 bedrock downstacks are different, due to the bridging mechanics you dont need to drag and can infact, as "duccmaster" states, hold down right click to downstack.
