I stopped the video before they actually described it, went and watched it, and came back, and my conclusion is that it's actually really effective as a piece of sexual body horror. The first episode is hot as fuck to try and lure you in, and the second was just so disgusting that I couldn't look away. Overall I think it really succeeded at what it was trying to do.

Sounding isnt supposed to be painful, so perhaps your procedure involved tools that caused more pain? One notable difference is that you are not supposed to reach the bladder, but rather stop much, much earlier. In fact, in order to reach the bladder, you need to pass a sphincter, which is likely where the majority of your pain came from. The shit depicted in this hentai is entirely nonsensical, so you cant really compare actual sounding to whatever that was.

Listening to the description of the 'events' in this hentai caused me to have progressively more vehement NO's, interspersed with retching. Thanks guys.

Quick fun fact: this series comes from a Eroge were there are a lot of more things going on than what you see in the anime version, that might be why you connor didnt specially liked how it ended since there are a lot of outcomes that are wildly different from eachother and i assume the production had to settle into a kinda hybrid of all the routes, which its not the first time this had happend with this specific VN company since they also made Stairless, Discipline and yes the mother of all 2000's hentai motherloving Bible Black. Since Bible Black all adaptations of the games of same company had been kinda hit and miss, mainly because Stairless and Discipline like this one here expect you know the context of the entire game beforehand so the anime its more of a companion to the game instead of a way of experience it like Bible Black was. Bible Black worked for the most part because the concept is pretty much easy to grasp and you dont need too much context to know all the finer details, its a show about the necronomicon and the devil messing with girls and fucking them 24/7 pretty easy to grasp, here as with the other 2 you sadly need to play the VN in order to kinda enjoy it? because its way better to just go and play the game instead and kinda becomes the same problem that anime vs manga has where one its more for general audiences and doesnt want to faithfully adapt everything and the other is the original source thus more "accurate" But here one thing that makes win one over the other is one is static images, the other is fully animated and realized even if it's half assed or confusing, you came to see big ol' titties flopping around and for the majority of people that's enough than just sitting watching static images and reading text (im not saying VN's/Eroges are boring or pointless infact i do love a plenty array of VN's/Eroges is just that people's prespective on them most of the time comes from "they are boring" and "im not going to sit there reading walls of text with static images")

I remember seeing this while browsing VNDB. At first I thought the character design was amazing, so I'm really curious. Then I read the synopsis and the tags. I thought how bad can it be? As someone who was aware of the existence of starless i was positively surprised by the first episode, and i was still surprised by the second one.

the sauce for sleepless should be on a sidney video, its a whole unniverse that has logic and timeline, must be reviewed and played (yeah its made by the makers for closed game)

ive learned that anything with "midsummer" in its name is horror.... it's like a tell in media, cultish horror mostly unsettling.

My gut told me to skip episode 2, and I’m glad I did.

for the people watching 8 months later like me. ive got bad news. Theres now a part two, with two more episodes. This time theres a couple that go to the mansion.

Sleepless was basically a prequel to starless in a sense. Starless and sleepless has the same premise but starless was the present and sadly this may be the prequel to it. Starless starts with a new guy slave being accustomed to the bizarre and frisky nature of his slavery to the mansion where he witnessed a mother and son. Forced to really fucked up shit And sleepless is basically another POV narrative of the "son" coming into the mansion with no freaking clue him and his mom where pretty actually gonna be subjected to unholy amounts of erotic horror. Yeah this was the reason when I came into the inexistence of euphoria I already labelled it as "tamed" as this series/off shoot series was very worse and needs balls of steel and batshit pervertedness to slug through watching it [Edit] anyone can correct me if I'm wrong

So the timeline goes: Starless --> Great Deceiver (with Kisaku-Tachi as a side story ) and Sleepless A Midsummer Night's Dream --> Sleepless Nocturne. All three protagonists are different since it's assumed that you get the good ending in Starless where he leaves with Yuuna (poor Mikako and what happened to her)
