Question please: is there a way to trouble shoot images - i am tying to get images to be transparent but they arent downloading as transparent once I load them to merchandise. Thanks in advance

Hey there! There are two ways to remove the background from the artboard. (1) In the color settings for the artboard itself, you can turn down the opacity of the color so that the checkered pattern shows. (2) You can select "remove background" from the download button and the background will be removed once your design is exported (but only for PNG).

Hey there. This will really depend on the image, but from a lot of our experience, both Kittl's remover, and Photoshops are quite similar. :)
