This Might Be Our FAVORITE City in The Philippines! | First Impressions of Baguio, Philippines 🇵🇭
We have finally made it to Baguio in the Philippines and this might be our favorite city in the Philippines! Join us in this hiking video as we give our first impressions of Baguio.
We start our day, nice and early, at the local Jollibee as we wait for the sun to rise. Then we were off to Camp John Hay to do some hiking. We hit up the Eco Trail where we found some confusing trails, a wonky bridge, and some beautiful views. This has got to be the best hiking trail we have gone on so far in The Philippines!
We then headed into the busy city to get some impressions of what the downtown looks like and headed to a restaurant called Vizcos to try their famous strawberry shortcake and some other food items as well!
Thanks for watching the first video of our Baguio journey! More to come!

didn't notice it took that long though!
You should do another Camp John Hay trip. You did the wrong trail (old). Just continue along the main road you were walking on from CAP center until you reach Scout Hill. There you'll find the Eco-trail. Longer hike but with an EPIC view of the mountains..do it again..haha
I think you picked a good time to hike. The way the sunlight hits the trees are beautiful!

Man, I was actually surprised the hiked right out of Camp John Hay, and if they went to the left, they might have accidentally stumbled on Baguio Airport and maybe Philippine Military Academy.

Best time to hike, you see morning dews sparkling on grasses, weeds and wild plants and the cold early morning air.
The Filipinos love you two the way you are - weird, dorky, nerdy, sarcastic, etc! Don't ever change!
All the philippines is amazing, the nature is incredible ❤🇵🇭
Yes, Baguio City is my fave place here in the Philippines especially this summer season ...
Hahaha Is it a trail or not a trail gameshow with Teelar and E-zac is entertaining and hilarious as nuts 😂 Baguio certainly energized you a lot. That's frackin Eeeppicc!🤘😎
Ah Porta Vaga, I miss it so much. Back when there was no SM Baguio yet, that's THE "mall" for us students back in the late 90's to early 2000s.
It didn’t even feel like this vlog is almost an hour… very entertaining… very epic
I'm so glad you're enjoying the Philippines. I'm still here in New York it is spring and still very cold. I can't wait to be there . 😍
Okay so I finished watching it and never skipped any part though it's 53 mins long! Frackin' epic!
Congrats frackers! You're the first vloggers who covered that amazing trek in Baguio.

You both deserve an Oscars trophy in Baguio. Great work on your "The Woods of Baguio"😂👏👏👏🏆🏆
❤ next stop, visit the caves of Sagada and the Banaue Rice Terraces since you’re already in the Cordillera region. I promise you will not regret it…
It's also my first time here in Baguio and I'm loving it! The climate is so refreshing and the people are so kind and friendly. Totally different vibe from a Caviteño perspective.
Next destinations: 1) Sagada, Mountan Province just 6 hours away from Baguio 2) San Juan, La Union (Elyu) 2 hours from Baguio 3) Vigan, Ilocos Sur 4) Bolinao, Pangasinan 5) Baler, Aurora

My fave Philippine city, i grew up at nearby La Union but strolling much in Baguio most of the time, sure you gonna like the vibe as you said it feels like a city in the US, it is a walkable city for you both biscuit boys, enjoy...
Baguio is indeed my fave city
Welcome to Baguio!!...try to visit all of Benguet...
If your into mountain trekking, waterfalls and caves proceed to Sagada after your Baguio adventures. It's about a 4 hour trip from Baguio. Stay safe Frakkers!
You guys should definitely proceed to Sagada after Baguio, it's way more colder and more nature . Take care and God bless 🙌 you both 🙏 😊
I lived in Baguio for almost 30yrs. So happy to see you feature it. I am currently in another country so seeing you there is a nice treat. There are so many awesome hidden gems in Baguio, from established restaurants to great outdoor spaces, and you'll find that they're usually a combination of both... epic food with a fracken view! lol! Back then, I liked 50s diner. Now, not so much. Here are other restaurants you might want to try. 1. Vanilla Cafe - good ambiance 2. Amare La Cucina - great pizza and pasta 3. Canto - baby back ribs 4. Lemon and Olives Greek Taverna - great view and great Mediterranean menu 5. Foggy Mountain Cookhouse - but you will need a reservation
I'm loving the "Is it a trail or is it not a trail" segment HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH it's hilarious. I'm glad you're having fun. Stay safe~!
I'm from Philippines but up to now I have never been to Baguio... 😅😅😅 Such a beautiful place I think...

Hello trifate..baguio is a nice place.thank you for sharing with us.
Baguio is most Filipinos' dream place.. 16 degrees, sceneries, fresh veggies? Nothing beats that city in the Phils..
Philippines have various sub- climates. There are hot places and cold places.
I like hiking too. Baguio is a nice place to hike alone. I used to hike alone in Yosemite National Park about 10 years ago but not anymore after I heard about the missing 411cases. In the US you have to worry about mountain lions, bears and maybe sasquatch and other cryptids.
Love you guys❤️watching from kingdom of Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 Mabuhay Pilipinas🇵🇭
53:07 ❤❤❤ As always, am in stitches 🤣. You are “frackingly” hilarious and spontaneous! You were lucky, you got out of the forest at once back into civilization; otherwise, you might have been enchanted and sucked by the dark forces of the spirits you called forth. I really miss Baguio. My longest stay there was almost 4 months for the national teacher-trainers training.
I really like your drama skit! So epic adventure! 😂
As Pinoy American I am thankful to both of you for showing the Philippines in a positive view. I have been to North Shore Minnesota area it is amazing in the summer and fall for nature hike

Positive view? Hahaha You just live abroad, out of Asia even, so you rarely hear something about our country except your old “perception” of this country. I bet you don’t even know the development in this country like the subway, the infrastructures in Cebu, the underground wires in Davao, and more over the last 5 years. 😂 Why? Coz you do not live here. Why not go back to where you really came from and contribute to Filipino society.

That was my university, University of the Cordilleras!! It made me miss Baguio a little extra today. Hope you're enjoying Baguio. ❤️❤️❤️
Finally! Baguio♥️🇵🇭
From Baguio you guys can go on up to Sagada. You will enjoy exploring the caves with the underground rivers there. You can also ride on the roof of the jeepneys/buses up there and marvel at the scenery. Plus you will get to see the hanging coffins of Sagada.
Continue to Benguet and visit Mt. Pulag. It'll be a 5 to 6 hrs of hiking. I promise you, you'll never forget the sunrise at the top of the mountain :)

Time not ot die😂😂😂😂😂😂😅😅keep safe the two of you and injoy while you're staying in Philippines ❤😊
New fave city? That’s fracking epic! 🎉
I went there in March this year and it's so beautiful compared to metro manila. I love that I can walk peacefully and prices were cheap and just. I can ride taxis without worry since they do not take advantage of you and actually use the meter.
You should go to Sagada, if you're still i Baguio. You'll love it🌲🌲
😂😂😂 the hiding, running and creepy jokes lol you guys are too funny!
i have been to Baguio so many times but i never had that eco trail experience..
watching here from UAE, missed so much my country Philippines, take care always😀
Trifate always EPIC....anywhere else...BAGUIO is very crowded when summer time...😍🙂😜that hiking is so on point heheh so raw and natural ....
The skits makes the hiking entertaining with a touch of scary stuff. Some parts scared the heck out of me. lol.

So hilarious and weird at the same time but this is so fun to watch😊 will always take care and be safe both of you🥰 btw welcome to Baguio
I remembered recommending Baguio to you before. It could've been more epic if you went here last February during Panagbenga. I do hope you can go back to Baguio during the Panagbenga celebration. I kid you not. Taho from taho vendors is more authentic than those from fancy restaurants. It is the reason why I prefer taking a cab here in Baguio. Taxi drivers use a meter here, unlike in Metro Manila. There are fewer chances to be scammed *whispers* unless they take you to a longer route. It's always epic and hilarious how you do your skits! AHAHAHAHA To answer your question, not many vloggers go to the eco-trail in Camp John Hay. They usually go to touristy places. It's epic how you reached the highway, but if you took the other way, you could've made it to the actual exit of the trail. hehe Eeeeyyy! You passed by my alma mater! UC! I hope you enjoyed your stay here!
Really laughtrip vlog from you guys..🤣😂..enjoy the mist dew and the pines..❤🇵🇭
You got me at 32:48. My heart skipped a beat! lol twas a good one 😂
Baguio is actually founded and designed by your fellow❤ Americans Leonard Wood and Daniel Burnham.
FIRST! my favorite place in the Phil. BAGIUO. the city is bussin. a different vibe altogether. enjoy your trip biscuit boys!
😂😂😂 i laughed lots with these boys Isaac and Tyler. They are both funny with sense of humor.Hope the showbiz industry there in Ph notice you both and give you opportunity to be comedian actors there like a succesful comedian Korean Ryan Bang😂
Ohohooohooo! Way to cool along with the duvkydoll
The skits are getting better and better in every video.😂 There's a lot of haunted mansion and places in BAGUIO that are very known. There's actually documentaries about some of them there's even a video that caught a ghost that looks like a Nun you guys should check that out. If you're exploring unfamiliar places especially inside a forest area there's a Filipino phrase that we say which is "Tabi tabi po" in english it literally means "excuse me or may I pass" We say it for our safety to respect the living things the naked eye can't see like supernatural creatures: engkanto, dwende, ghosts, and more.
You must go to in highest point in benguet 4 hours travel in Baguio is must visit stunning mountain view
Finally you are in Baguio!
Honestly! When saw that the video was 50mins long, I got excited!!! 😊😊😊 can’t watch enough trifate!
Pine trees are everywhere in the Philipines back in the day.Our place in Bicol region used to be Pine Tree haven and that’s where our place was named after. In Bicol we call Pine Tree as agoho so our place is called Agojo. Camp John Hay was named in honor of John Milton Hay, the secretary of State in President Mckinley’s and Roosevelt’s administrations. Yes. Baguio was among the areas hardest hit by the 7.7 intesity Luzon earthquake in 1990 that killed 1621 people.

I'm glad you visited Baguio City. The summer capital of the country. Have fun and Stay safe.
ive been enjoying your type of content here in the philippines, it's actually a fresh type of travel vlogs you guys are doing, because almost every travel vlogs by foreigners here in the philippines has always been serious and "touristy" kind of content, where the stuff they show are usually the things that are designed to be shown for the tourists whereas to your content, they feel kind of homey and gives that vibe that you guys are just having fun. Keep them coming!
If you want to experience the best manually processed chocolate in Baguio (or perhaps the whole Philippines), go to Tsokolate de Batirol in Camp John Hay. We were there May last year. Try the Champorado (local Chocolate Porridge) then pair it with dried fish (combo of sweet and salty). Have fun guys!
Get taho anywhere in baguio during early morning as taho vendors sells it fresh and hot :) Straberry flavor is what most people recommends but for my taste, I highly recommemd the Ube flavor, lots of it and less sago (small pearls) 😂

Wow! I have been following your vlog and I am surprised (and amazed!) that you're still here in the Philippines, which by all counts most tourists spend a month max. But hey, it just proves that the country still continues to mesmerize you; well, at least that's what I think it's one of the reasons why you stayed and had been living in at least for several months now. I hope you guys continue to provide us, your followers, meaningful content. Thanks!
