THIS MAY BE THE BEST SMOKER | Patriot Pits Freedom 94 Offset Smoker Walkthrough | Fatty's Feasts

I am happy to say that I have been graciously lent an offset smoker from Patriot Pits out of Sandisfield, MA to demo over the winter. In this video, I go through a complete walkthrough of this BEAST of a smoker. This is the Patriot Pits Freedom 94. We look at all the customizations you can make and I show you why I truly believe this smoker will be the next big barbecue game changer! This honestly may be the best smoker money can buy for backyard barbecue enthusiasts, especially if you're looking to upgrade from a lower end model. If you want to step your barbecue game up to the next level, you'll want to check this bad boy out!
Here are the links to Patriot Pits website and Instagram. If you reach out with questions or to order a smoker, be sure to use the code "Fattys" to receive a handmade charcoal chimney AND a firebox tool!

I am getting rid of my Oklahoma Joe Highlander and just picked up a Pecos. Now I just need to figure out how to get this plate that they welded in out of the cooking chamber. I am hoping that I'll be able to get some decent barbecue out of this. I am wanting to extend the smoke stack but the baffle is not like the Brazos.
