It's sad that this little dog has been so neglected. She looks adorable after the grooming. Hope her owner will take better care of her from now on. In Sanja's absence, you and your friend work well together. It makes me smile seeing Alexander wear Sanja's apron. He's a good assistant and a good friend. Thank you, guys.

Alexander did a good job calming her down by petting her during the groom. He also kept the table nice and clean.

She looks great. Alexander did well; he was gentle with her.

Try 0.0mm depth on heavily matted hair. There is too much comb before the cut. We need outer blades with 1-3mm depth beneath so that a 0.0mm is not actually on the skin.

That sweet little dog...oh my goodness. Imagine having your whole body with those mats pushing and pulling hard on your skin...day and night. And those mats in her little paws...like walking with rocks under and between your toes. How awful. I just want to pick her up and snuggle with her. She is so sweet! Thank you both for your kindness and skill for this little doggie soul ❤
