I choose 3. I multiplied it by 2, which gives me 6. Then add 5 to it, the sum is 11. Next, I multiplied it by 50, so it's 550. I did not celebrate my birthday this year, so I need to add 1766. The reason the number is always right and the age is always wrong is because this trick is 5 years old, so the age you get from the calculations would be around 5 years behind your actual age

In 2022, I just added 5 from 1767 to get the accurate number. It actually worked for me

Guys, i'm just going to say this is from 2017. If the result is wrong, do this step. 1st, Know the current year(example:2019). 2nd, subract the current year to 2017(example:2019-2017). 3rd, subtract the result from the year you we're born(example:2000-2). Lastly, Do the "magic trick" again, but with the result of last procedure as your birth year(example:2000=1998). Like if it is correct, i hoped that i solve your problems.

Here is a much simpler math trick This year (example 2016) - Year of birth (example 1994). Subtract 1 if you have not had your birthday yet. If u did the math correctly your age will be the answer Better math trick: Multiply your age by 2 Add 6. Divide By 2. Subtract 3. Your age. Even better math trick: Add 1 to your age. For this trick to work, the addition in Step 5 must be accounted for our current year (difference of 250/251). As of 2022, the numbers are 1771/1772. The math will always work out as long as you subtract our current year by 250 (BDay to come) or 251 (BD has passed) & add THAT number in Step 5. The final equation will actually look more like this: (((x*2)+5)*50)+y-z=x_ _ x=chosen number, y=current year - 250/251, z=birth year.

i am 8 and also i found a way similar to this but instead it only shows your age first type in your calculator 2022 ( or maybe write if you have a pen or paper ) if you haven’t had your birthday this year ( 2022 ) then subtract your number with 1 but if you had your birthday this year ( again 2022 ) then don’t do anything to the number then when your done subtract the year you were born done!

@@ardivus If you're trying in 2020, add 1770 for step 5 if your birthday has already passed this year, and 1769 if it hasn't. This step will need to change with time. Since I am watching ( and commenting ) in 2020 and the video is three years old now that June 2nd has passed, I've added three to step 5. more than likely you can add something like eight to step 5 in 2025 if after June 2nd.

Many people must be getting wrong answer right now..in short,that's because difference of 250 must be maintained...So in 2021, you need to add 1771 if bd has gone and add 1770 if bd is yet to come(similarly 1772 and 1771 for 2022 and so on..) Then follow same procedure you will have your answer..😃 Still it has some drawbacks like: Not applicable for 100 year old person or more(in DD-MM-YY format)...Valid up to 99 👍

If the math trick did not work and got a a number below your age add 1767, 1768,1769 etc until it works but you got a number above your age then add 1765,1766,1764 until it works this trick worked for me

Just so you people know, since this was made in 2017, and it is currently 2021, you have to add the amount of years from 2017 to your current year- for example, I finished this and it said my age was 9, but now I have to add the years- which is 4, because 2021 - 2017 (or 2021 - the year you're currently living in) = 4. So now, 9 + 4 = 13, aka my age. Hopefully this helped and wasn't confusing!

This works. You just need to do 1722 if your birthday hasn’t been this year and 1773 if it has. (This is for 2023, just add 1 each year) also you can do more then 9 not just 1-9 EX if your number is 10 the first 2 digits would be your number because 10 has 2 digits. You can’t do ages over 100 or it will show if you picked 70 it would show 71 and 0 if you did 1923 and it was their birthday.

So if it was not correct, but your number was divided by 2-??? than your correct age, then just multiply it by how much it was divided.

2018 Version!!! If you haven’t had your birthday yet add 1767, if you have add 1768.

Guys it actually works with these changes the video was made in 2017 so that time the magic number was 1767/1766 but now in 2021 there's a 4 years difference so we have to add 4 (that is the difference from when he uploaded and present) to the bright sides number that 1771/1770 for 2021 I works 👍🏼 do try it if it works give a thumbs up to the comments.

I believe this trick specifically worked in 2017 (when this vid was uploaded) because the age it gave me reflects that. One of the numbers the equation gave us should be added by two in order to correctly give us our 2019 age.

CHECK THE YEAR IT WAS MADE ITS OUT DATED

The number you add that is 1767 or 1766 should be increased by 1 every year. This year if you try the same trick by taking the number 1772 and 1773 it works which is 7 more and 2017 +7=2014

If you are doing this in the year 2021 just instead of 1766 for not birthday yet and 1767 for if you did, do 1770 for not and 1771 for did! and for the years after this, just add 1 onto those numbers and you will get the right result.

I'll guess ur age with two simple steps: 1.add 1 to ur age 2.subtract 1 from the answer...this is ur current age...right?

The secret to the magic easy. By calling X your picked number and Y your year of birth, this is what the equation looks like: (X*2+5)*50+(1766 or 1767)-Y which resulsts in: 100*X + 250 + (1766 or 1767) - Y The 100*X explains the secret for your chosen number: no matter what number you picked, the hundreds will add to your chosen number. So in order for it to appear in the final result, we must somehow substract 151or more from 250, so that it won't mess with your chosen number by adding. That's where the (1766 or 1767) - Y comes in: Just as long as you were born after 1917, 250 will always be substracted by a number higher than 151, and therefore your chosen number will appear in the hundreds of your final result. The secret behind your 2 digit age in your final result isn't much surprising either: 250+(1766 or 1767)-Y = (2016 or 2017) - Y, resulting in your actual age. On this year of 2017. Conclusion: this trick has 2 flaws, it doesn't work if you were born prior to 1917 or if you are trying this trick in 2018 or later. However your chosen number can be higher than 9 if you want

Texan PlayeR but this is actually just overly complicated trick that seems cool, it would be same if you did just this: 2017 - (the year you were born) It wouldn't work in 2018 or later, just as this "cool trick" :P

Daniel S Not exactly as easy as that. The chosen number thing was a little bit trickier, you had to come with something up. Tricks like this one, there are tons of it on youtube. Each time they ask if you have had your birthday and your year of birth, and sometimes even the year you're watching the video. It always ends up with (today's year) - (your year of birth). Others ask you directly your age and get you into a math loophole that nullyfies itself to give you your age. I yet want to see this trick without it asking for your age or year of birth. Now THAT would be challeging!

How do you know someone's age? Google: ask them Bing:

if any body is late and this trick did not work for you just add the number of years from when the video is uploaded [ it is 2017 and i am late 4 years so i added 4 to my results and it came the same age as i am now and my number is 710 so my age is and thats my real age i did not take the number 7 because the last two numbers is your age as if you are not above 99 years old ]

Sir, I have found this game long back some years ago, I made very simple Sweat and short. You remember any number 1-9 . just multiply 100. Then take the result add with this current year. After adding U minus Your result from ab0ve you get 3 Digit. just tell the 3 digit number. you get the result in First digit what you have chosen in memory and the last 2 digit is your age Eg:- If Ur number remembered is 3. then multiply by 100 = 300. Add this result with the Current year 2023= 2323. then minus your Birth year say 1972=351. First degit is 3 what U remembered & 51 is your age, Ok. D.Nagh, Dubai

RESPECT: You actually sort of explained why it works using variables. I’ll finish it: So you only did up to 50(2x+5) Now we distribute the 50: 100x+250 Add either 1767 or 1766: 100x+250+[1767 or 1766] = 100x+[2017 or 2016] Subtract year you were born in: 100x+[2017 or 2016]-[year born] = 100x+[age] So we have that expression, 100x+[age]. Now the reason we get a 3-digit number is because your age is either 1 or 2 digits long (out of the audience watching this video) and multiplying the starting number from 1 to 9 by 100 just adds two 0’s to it. For example: 100, 200, 300, ...., 900 So adding your age only affects the two 0’s at the end. So that’s why this trick works (well why it used to work since we’re in 2018)

Explanation: Define your number as n. The first three steps you are told to do create the expression 100n + 250. Adding 1767 produces 100n + 2017 - the constant you are told to add in the video may no longer be accurate (it should be 250 less than the year that your most recent birthday occurred in, meaning 1768 if you've had a birthday in 2018). 100n is why the first number shows up again; subtracting your year of birth will convert the year of your most recent birthday to your current age.

HEre is the proper way, Pick a number 1-9 Multiply by 2 Add 5 Multiply by 50 if you bday has already passed this year add 1771 If it hasnt passed yet add 1770 Subtract your year of birth First digit is the original number second two are your age
