Maabot jud sa point nga ma.stagnant nalang ang cebu tungod kai wa jud pulos ang politicians. Maunhan nalang jud ta puhon sa Davao ug Iloilo. They have better roads and infrastructures. Labi na sa Cebu City makaguol ang kalsada ginoo.

DO SOME RESEARCH BEFORE COMMENTING so that people wont think that u're stupid. singapore like is the plan of the mayor of cebu city. that mega expressway was the plan of digong that never finished. Naga City from the southern part of cebu to Danao City to the nothern part of cebu is far from Cebu City.

Nice roads to nowwhere surely making some construction company and politican rich. But the money is wasted as long as no industrial output is increased. Build more factories with high precision machines and not oversized roads that might be needed in maybe 30 years. Infrastructure is important but as china shows it doesn't mean if the are no economic programs.

When Germany was building autobahns there was no many cars on the roads and other countries were laughing. Today they have best highways in world. Cebu expressway should be finished long time ago. Infustructure should come before business not opposite.

Wow..94 billion for 70.kilometers..while in Negros Occidental..only 6 billion for 49 kilometers...And the Bacolod -Negros Occidental Economic Highway (BANOCEH) has many Bridges along the way than cebu's..my guess..

@@arckzpananganan2728 Bundok means less value if go on to that logic..Negros' sugarcane fields are more valuable than mountain lots of cebu...At sobrang layo ng deperensya...94 vs 6.. Khit ano png mahal n lupa yan...di aabot s knyan kalaki ang disparity...And BANOCEH is nearing completion...what about Yours?

Yung logic mo na bundok less value eh medyo funny po kasi bundok means gastos kay sa plain area kasi dapat mo pa gibain at lagyan ng protection ang bundok kung lalagyan mo ng kalsada while yung plain eh plain din ang gastos kaya maliit budget. Pero regardless eto pong road project na banoceh sa bacolod at cebu trans axial roads ay parehas po na dumaan yan sa congress senado at iba pang sangay ng pamahalaan bago bigyan ng budget and not only that bago po magsimula eh dumaan po yan sa public bidding so yang final amount eh depende po yan sa bidders. Now ngayon kung sa tingin mo eh hindi karapat dapat yung amount ng cebu project dahil lang sa kulang mong kaalaman eh I guess ang dapat mong questionin is yung congress, senado, ibang sangay ng pamahalaan, bidders at isali mo na siguro si secretary mark villar kasi I think parang kinukwestyon mo yung kakayahan nila. If talagang kwestyonabli ang budget para sayo eh di i blame mo sila at pwede ka rin dumulog sa napakalapit na sangay ng gobyerno. Mahirap kasi yang dadaanin mo lang sa bara bara mong estimate sa dami ng tulay at lupang may tubo kakatawa naman po yan.
