Damn, started way too late with calisthenics in my life. Will turn 45 yrs this month and will never ever be able to do this stuff. Maybe in next life. Must find a way to take this knowledge to the other side to benefit from it in my new life :-) This man is a monster, I admire his skills!!!

Max Power DONT stop trying bro, I’m 46 and I’m almost doing the planche. Keep doing the progressive exercises and build on strength you will get there. Take your time it’s not a race, just don’t push too hard so you injure any joints like your shoulders.

I won´t stop. Training since four years, five to six days per week. Did my first muscleup this summer, but decided to pause the muscleup an gather more basic strength by doing the basic exercises. Will try again next spring. Also working on the front lever. Trying to earn my money as long as I can 💪
