He's raised that big black and grey wolf and his sister for the past 9 years. You never know what can happen but I'm confident he knows what he's doing with them
He’s raised this particular wolf since the pups mother abandoned him and he bottle fed it… The wolf is now 13 years old and battling cancer. This is what a lot of people don't understand with this man (and with the Lion whisperer), they raised these animals from birth. They don't just straight up approach an adult wolf/lion in the wild.

That doesn’t mean that he can’t get mauled to death still. Video just stated he still has to be attentive to their body language and when they want to be left alone ie don’t bother me or else. People don’t understand that these are wild animals and raising animals from birth ain’t gonna just make that instinct disappear. He’s thinking they like them and they could be thinking something totally different. Need more people reading up about the Grizzly Bear Man. Thought he was soooo in tune with bears and them with him until he got ate alive. And apparently authorities were scarred by the sounds his recorder caught. SMH when will people learn.

Wolves dont bark. They growl as their main form of vocal communication, along with howling. And they also read each others body kangauge and nonverbal communication very closely as well, like what this guy does. He has worked with them long enough to know when it is safe to be near them. Tou have to observe them in their packs, and understand them very well to be able to do that.

Wolves certainly do bark. It is a warning sound; an alert. Dogs just overdo it. Wolves use body language and other various sounds; growling, whining, grunting, woofing, etc. Howling is used for territory and long-distance communication - primarily.

LionDad is his handle on KZread. He's been working there 18 years.
Never have I ever thought a lion is so cute
Wolves are my favorite animal ever
That guy is the absolute sweetest. Baby talks all the animals ugh he's just an incredible man
Wolf dogs are such sweet and loyal pups. When I was younger I visited my cousins in Tennessee and they had a wolf dog named Kino. Not sure why, but they thought it’d be funny to lock me in the laundry room with him since I was little and prob would be scared. I sat down next to the washer machine and he rested his head on my lap, we were inseparable the rest of the trip. Love you Kino.
That wolf staring at him
Its awesome to see that the wolves accepted him into there pack. They wouldnt be so sweet if the didnt
Wolves are my favourites. I love how family oriented they are. Family is everything to them.
Excellent, the Love and respect between them just grows!
James is very good and close to them. They love him growl shows how much
I’m glad that people were worrried for his safety even though he knows he’s safe.
When I was younger I've always wanted to be friends with a wolf. This man is living my dream.

@@elizabethgunting1852like the average Joe will just stumble across a wolf pup in the woods by itself and raise it to adulthood.
This is your reminder to never attack anyone no matter what, you’ll never know if they have a whole pack of wolves ready to tear you to shreds.
That growl was intimidating AF!!!!
Liondad is such a brilliant KZread shorts rabbit hole to go through, he works with some amazing animals and literally cuddles them, it’s wonderful
Wolves are one of my FAVORITE animals on this planet 💁🏼💞🐺

The last wolf was so cute the one he was playing with it looked like it was being gentle trying to play with him for his safety when trying to bite him

Love comes in glorious ways...
I’ve read many books including wild wolves being tamed and they all have a common theme. Wolves no matter how much you try to tame them will always have the inner growl. But they use it to express themselves in many ways, they may not seem friendly but that’s them fighting their natural instincts.

The growl isn't instinct tho, it's just that growling is one of the only noises they are capable of making
