I’m surprised more contractors don’t do this. It costs money to buy these crushers but why not use some of the concrete being taken out as a base for the new concrete and if you have a yard to support it you can store excess in your yard. If you can’t crush on-site you can dump it in your yard(no fees) for future use, maybe offer your yard for contractors to dump their concrete at half the cost the city charges and on slow days your guys crush concrete and if things go good you might find the need for a dump truck to bring crushed rock to your job site or sell to other contractors. It seems like a win win especially if you have a few extra acres of land that can be used as a rock crushing business

Great video fellows, thanks for sharing James👍👍 I've been looking into the portable MB concrete crusher bucket attachments for skid loaders. Check them out, my friend.

That CARB PERP permit should be good for 3 years, but it could vary based on the emissions tier level.

Don’t over look a crusher bucket for a excavator or skid steer. For job site work I think an excavator with something like a MB-L120 S2 would be awesome setup.

yeah my only complaint with a attachment based crusher is the fact that machine is now solely being used for crushing when it can be used for job site prep. That was my game plan from the start but the price of the attachment compared to just having a designated crusher. if I didn't have a big enough yard then that would make sense but since I usually haul out all my concrete makes more sense for a actual crusher

They are extremely expensive, the break a lot, and very labor intensive. That is a few reasons not to use them.
