I'm a woman who developed a gluten sensitivity as an adult, it's been 4 years without gluten now and it cured so many problems I was having like recurring daily migraines, light sensitivity, etc. Good for you that you found out now rather than later and continue to suffer, good luck, I'm so used to it now myself it's no problem, I really love potatoes and rice 🥰

Tom Swarts did an interview for Nick rail around the time they filmed the reunion and his girlfriend was there his “new” girlfriend and when they asked how long they’ve been together she lets slip it had been a YEAR , Tom then tried to cover and say more like 10 months which if you’re capable of doing math should point out to the fact he was dating Sophia the entire time they film season 11 he was playing Joe the whole time he had already moved on, but didn’t wanna say so in front of the cameras

Most rice would be gluten-free, but they do have additives. If you’re buying like uncle Ben’s rice with like premixed stuff in it probably got gluten.

Jo said it was just editing to make it look like she was sitting next to him when he said it at reunion. Huh? That was not the way I remembered it so I went back and re-watched. She was absolutely next to him and there was a whole interactive convo about him not wanting to hurt her. So if she really said all that on another podcast... it is PROOF that she is a compulsive liar and seeming more unhinged.

if you rewatch early vpr, i just recently did and there is a STRONG parallel btwn szn 3 and 10 & szn 4 and 11 like it’s actually crazy how similar those seasons are to each other - ESP in szn 4 and 11 scheana is pulling the EXACT SAME SHIT to ariana 😓

Talking about Jo- have you watched her lives? I do feel bad for her with Schwartz, but she is far from normal- something is just not right- Schwartz picked the wrong girl to take advantage of. It’s sad actually Schwartz is only keeping silent about the real issues with Jo because it will also make him look bad- I think Schwartz is worse than Sandoval because he hides behind his cute boy act.

Joseph is hella smart. On Joleen Lunzer's pod, she goes into the fact that she went to some top schools. So like Wartz, she's playing dumb and airheaded. Like his fingers in the mouth, did I do that routine is just like her version of pseudo erratic and manic behaviour. Joseph and Wartz are 2 peas in a pod. She's also got the twist of being a stage 5 clinger bunny boiler. She can't let him go even though he's plainly told her he's not that into her.

Seems like every season Scheana is on the ring side and comes back w this “hindsight”. I think she means well but it’s like she’s incapable of forming her own opinions and just sways to her environment OR she struggles defending her stance so she just sways.

OK here’s the thing about gluten it’s a chemical additive we’ve put in food, particularly in wheat So you can go eat bread in Europe and your stomach will be fine, but what happens is overtime if your body decides gluten, it’s just not great for it which it’s not great for anybody and sometimes it’s a matter of like you didn’t eat much for a bit so then your stomach realized it liked that and now it’s trying to like tell you it doesn’t wanna go back So you just need to be careful you probably don’t have like celiac’s but just be mindful of the amount of bread you’re eating and where it’s from the more produced is the more gluten exposure you got

@@GirlsUnscriptedPod no worries one of my cousins is celiac‘s and then a few of them just have intolerance and then my doctors thought I might have it for a bit so I got the information I might as well share it There is some really good gluten-free breads and recipes out there. You just kind of got a try and see what ones you like. But really, I suggest just replacing bread with wraps for most of it

Listened to your podcast for the first time... sorry, its a pass for me. Way too much chatter about the two of you and hardly any discussion about the show. Best of luck and I hope you find your audience.
