Bro that para luck for you third game was insane. His mom luck was so good though, Zacian, Zamazenta, Dragapult, Gallade, and Baxcallibur are all literally amazing in singles.

I remember when it dropped down tiers I used to counter it with silk scarf hyper voice berserk drampa, it did about 85% unboosted (enough to kill) and bypassed substitute

Honestly zacian probably shouldn't be that low level anymore in randbats, with ability nerf + reduced attack it's not nearly as strong

It's funny cos I got a zamazenta & zacian on the same team aswell & it was zamazenta that swept for me w/ iron defense + body press

It gets even more horrible if you give it sub/protect/torment(or taunt):toxic. Was my pet set in gen 7 and it’s just *awful*. Sure it folds to prankster taunt but very few Pokémon have 2 moves that hit (for example) ghost for super effective so a lot of the time it’s sub takes more than 1 hit. The most cruel Pokémon I have ever used and I love it.

The last battle was interesting. They got both cover legendary of Sword & Shield.

I love salazzle, i play it like this in my main team xD i just play encore instead of flamethrower. To trap set uppers

By using butter blade they go last and I can’t spam substitute, they basically create a 50/50 in which I don’t know if I should go for Substitute or Protect predicting Bitter Blade or Shadow Sneak

It’s random battles, every Pokémon has neutral nature and 84 evs in every stat

Intrepid sword nerf absolutely gutted Zacian. He’s borderline useless if you can get him to switch out after he’s shown.

Strats involving protect/substitute need to go from randoms, its so obnoxious that i rather ff and play another game than playing this matchup I'm talking about 1.- toxic-protect-sub 2.-subseed 3.- moody (there are different movesets for this one but im including all of them)

Because Scald is too broken. Water type is good at defense. 30% burn puts physical attackers at a high risk, so it makes stallers (toxapex,...) much stronger

Why did I read Volcarona instead of Volcanion 💀 anyway my opinion on this is that they should have removed Scald, It's a no risk high reward move that eliminates half of pokemon switching in to that move

@@Pokevin you know very well what I mean, with every single one of your points, even if you give me the "uhm actually" response. 3 Yes you don't get one every game but if it gets in game, it happens extremely consistently, unless you feel like reading a protect by switching out, but will probably get toxic on another pokemon (sidenote fuck protect sub mons, they're super obnoxious and all very similar to each other even if fairly consistent to deal with), 2 title with almost every single word in caps on the first letter, emphasis on the word "never" for something that's both incredibly obvious to anyone who's played the game for more than eight seconds, that happens every time the mon is in play, and very exaggerated. Good reads on a protect can put salazzle in a bad spot, and you're gonna lose one, two mons at worst with tera. 1) answers itself, it's a generalisation

@@Pokevin are you deadass? 3 I said as a sidenote these mons are annoying. My point was very much about this video. Salazzle getting in and doing salazzle things happen every time it's in a game. Dear god a pokemon uses the moveset it was given to do the things it was intended to do. God save us from this apocalyptic event. This also answers point 2. Which is literally what I said in my previous comment, but again you wrote a clickbaity ass title for something that's not just ordinary, common, and very obvious, presenting it as the make or break of gaming as a whole, but the lamest possible sequence on random battles, aka "pray the opponent has no strong choice scarfers or momentum moves". And even if it was actually something special, a good half the pokemon just blow you up off of one free turn, that's how random battles work, and we both know that very well, since we likely have both played it more than twice. Blowing up something that isn't a big deal at all is quite literally clickbait. It's all the news do to sell copies. 1 Yeah and?
