Great video! Thank you for sharing your “birdy” adventure. We made another bird list (like we did with your Cades Cove video) of the birds that we could hear or see. We might have missed some, but we counted 24 species (again). Y’all had some good birds! Hahaha! Here’s the list: 1. Northern Cardinal 2. Northern Mockingbird 3. American Goldfinch 4. Indigo Bunting 5. Eastern Bluebird 6. Field Sparrow 7. Yellow-breasted Chat 8. Song Sparrow 9. Mourning Dove 10. American Robin 11. Common Yellowthroat 12. Red-winged Blackbird 13. Northern Bobwhite 14. Carolina Wren 15. Cliff Swallow 16. Osprey (not Bald Eagle) 17. Great Blue Heron 18. Northern Parula 19. Woodpecker (most likely was a Red-bellied Woodpecker drumming) 20. Blue-gray Gnatcatcher 21. Green Heron (just to the left of the Great Blue Heron - while the deer was pooping 🤣) 22. Red-eyed Vireo 23. House Sparrow 24. Brown-headed Cowbird

What a fun day!! Y'all are having so much fun! Wish I was there instead of here with this Texas 102° weather. Be safe and keep having fun. It's what life is about 💕

Been there before. It is nice! Just be safe the next few days with the bad heat and stay hydrated while venturing outside. My husband works outside and told him the same thing! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for sharing this video!!! I have seen Smoky Mountain Hiker do this park and always wanted to try it. Hubby and I are definitely going to have to visit this park on our next visit. It looks and sounds so peaceful. I’m going to love this place! ❤️

Will and Dawn, really enjoyed your vlog! You don't hear no Bob White's around here in Johnston County in Southern Oklahoma anymore. Last time I heard them was before my Daddy passed away in 1987. We'd always hear them over North of Fillmore and around our homestead. Thank you for taking me along with you! It's absolutely beautiful, stunning and so peaceful! Beautiful old barns and house too!!

This was a wonderful video. What a beautiful and peaceful place. You captured it so well, we could even hear the birds singing. I did not know about this place we will have to check it out sometime. I loved Dawn in the birds nest and the deer going in the water. Very funny.
