@@yankeeinthesouth Love your channel! I live in Cookeville, TN. The red flowers, you saw bees attracted to is called “Bee Balm” and the big white flowering bush was Elderberry, which will get berries and they can be made into wine!
Beautiful place and all of God's beautiful creations.😊❤

Great video! Thank you for sharing your “birdy” adventure. We made another bird list (like we did with your Cades Cove video) of the birds that we could hear or see. We might have missed some, but we counted 24 species (again). Y’all had some good birds! Hahaha! Here’s the list: 1. Northern Cardinal 2. Northern Mockingbird 3. American Goldfinch 4. Indigo Bunting 5. Eastern Bluebird 6. Field Sparrow 7. Yellow-breasted Chat 8. Song Sparrow 9. Mourning Dove 10. American Robin 11. Common Yellowthroat 12. Red-winged Blackbird 13. Northern Bobwhite 14. Carolina Wren 15. Cliff Swallow 16. Osprey (not Bald Eagle) 17. Great Blue Heron 18. Northern Parula 19. Woodpecker (most likely was a Red-bellied Woodpecker drumming) 20. Blue-gray Gnatcatcher 21. Green Heron (just to the left of the Great Blue Heron - while the deer was pooping 🤣) 22. Red-eyed Vireo 23. House Sparrow 24. Brown-headed Cowbird

Quite the little oasis there. Very beautiful. Will, I about shot my drink through my nose when you were describing the deer and I heard you say, "well, there's nothing like taking a poop in the water. Don't drink the water". I laughed for a few minutes. Nice place, thanks Will & Dawn for sharing it with us.
