Man i wish i could get your modding folder. It took me sooo long to set mines up and download an onslaught of faces then setup the reshade. By the time i was done, i had no motivation to play anymore

You can also do the whole shootaround stuff before games and it feels more immersive in mycareer when you're playing single player, the NBA Finals actually feels like the NBA finals, in current gen it just feels like any other game.

what graphics mods did you use in okc vs kings

when is the REC going to work well? i played 2k23 and i had to wait for hours to play a single match, wich some of my friends sometimes had disconected of the game, trash

For me what ruined 2K24 was the contest system the way attributes and badges affect the gameplay and all those little things that made the game ending up not looking like basketball at all but the new proplay animation and dribble system is crisp if everything around this is being worked on the next 2k it could be one of the best

Do you make slider for the last gen versions of the game??

I bought 2K24 on Steam with my last 2K game being 2K21. I gotta say 2K24 is a very significant upgrade gameplay wise. I had a lot of annoyances with 2K21 and 2K24 actually fixed almost all the problems I had. Plus tons of new animations and smoother animation transitions. Anyone who is still on 2K21 or older really should switch to 2K24 for the 10$ it costs on Steam. Plus the visual mods have actually progressed nicely since then.

Hot Take: I wouldn't have to answer this question if 2K THEMSELVES loved the game they were making. If they put ANY effort into accessories, ANY effort into player likeness updates, ANY effort into defensive settings, double team logic, MyNBA trade rules, sim stats, speed differential, fast break opportunities, accurate tendencies, team playstyles, crowd noise, crowd reaction, badge balance, rebounding, unforced turnovers...if just ONE YEAR they showed they cared about ANY of these things that would be great. Now it may seem like I'm asking for the moon but these are ALL things they have done BETTER in previous editions of 2K.

They dont care anymore… they know they dont have no competition, 2K focus its on making money with microtransactions every year, and people will still buy it.. they set the bar to high with nba 2k14 with the “Eco Motion Engine” then they change it completely to the garbage we have now… Dowgrades on Visuals, Physics , Foot planting and details with past and present players.. no more focus on a Simulation experience, just and Arcade game version for kids.

i haven't released them yet I'm working on it as we speak, ive released a beta for my channel members so you can join and use them or wait until the public release!

We should find out this week or early next, last year was on july 7th when they announced it. I really hope its next gen, if you want last gen just play 2k24 lmao itll be exactly the same just download a custom roster?? I just want the better myleague man and eras and all that

If 2K25 is Next Gen on PC, I'd at least try them for the Whistle badge alone. The old 2Ks sucked when it came to fouls in particular and really suffer from that imo for any fun experience. As an example, Shaq had to play like a Guard just to draw over 6 fouls because the games registered pump fakes and dribble moves really strangely. Lol.

@ShadyMike Kind of. You talked about modern NBA and the improvement to the shooting foul slider, which in my test of 2K24 is true for modern NBA of driving fouls. It is better and I agree with a lot of what you said. I am saying something very specific regarding foul calls for players who want to go beyond imitation of today's NBA style. The issue the game has (and this may be true for next gen too) is that Shaq's style (and this is true for very heavy post players in general) doesn't draw fouls well because of mechanics in the game needing a dribble move or particular pump fakes to trigger the foul call without jumping defenders. So, drop steps and most post moves (unless the CPU jumps) don't draw a foul regardless of contact drawn in 2K24 on PC (and this is true for previous games at least to 2K20). In my test, Shaq literally got pummeled in a double team of Mutombo and whoever rotated for multiple possessions and still no foul was ever called, just like previous games. It ends up so Shaq will shoot sub-58%, or he will only score 16 points or so on OREB and pick and rolls. Which just isn't accurate. The same is true for other heavy post players, but Shaq (and Dwight before 2014), in particular, suffer from this in the game still from my 2 hour test of it maxing sliders for fouls and the 2 creating contact sliders. This has been the issue with 2K forever, so it forces players to draw fouls by driving, doing an unnecessary dribble move, forcing an unrealistic position for a standard pump fake or hop step layup fake, or off OREB for any foul call. If you figured out a way around it, I'd be happy to hear you out, btw. But, even in your footage, Josh Giddey was in the post and got a little contact with no whistle due to how he went up from my experience of 2K. If he did a hop step layup, that game would have given the whistle.

@@foreverglenn2696 After making great sliders for both gen's I and the people I've worked with have determined the A.I. is actually quite a bit worst on New Gen but that's mostly because people don't know how to set the game up. I know that's not common knowledge though so feel free to check out the sliders I just dropped, fixes 90% of the issues on both gens.

Do not buy 2k on PC right now unless you like offline play they do a lot of cheating like editing their characters file in the file system I tried it honestly your probably better off streaming a console version to your PC ngl
