He speaks nonsense. Read Desire of Ages page 142. It’s not up to us to finish the work. Jesus said he’s going to finish the work Himself. God is responsible for the individual’s salvation. Period. We do the work because it keeps us close to Jesus Christ; and because He said, go! Go be witnesses! And when we serve Jesus Christ, we’re not gonna be able to be quiet. we’re gonna rejoice in what he’s done for us and want more than anything to go tell others… but it’s not our responsibility to finish the work so Jesus can come back. Romans 9:28 “For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.” Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”

This man is such a Godsend! His articulation of facts is both refreshing and inspiring. So often we are influenced by world events that we fail to see the opportunities God is creating in all the chaos to bring souls to the knowledge of the truth. Just a thought, while I may not agree with the decision to allow the illegal invasion of our country, think of the opportunity to represent our Lord Jesus Christ and his salvation to these multitudes. God may very well be bringing those nations to us to reduce the time until his return. We must miss not forget that we are the remnant church and our mission remains unchanged. I love you and may the Shalom of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.

Making Desciples and preaching the Gospel is about Salvation in Christ and the power through the Holy Spirit at the launching of the first gathering of believers. Salvation is not only about the seventh day as the SDA preaches. If it was Jesus would have enphasised it for the generations to come. Instead He said He is the Lord of the sabbath (rest) or Salvation. Amen. That's the Gospel to be preached. Amen.

Dr. Vine , hello ...long time no see. Question: Is not the "church manual" revised every year? I believe in the Holy Bible & the Spirit of Prophecy,no problem, but the "church manual"? I have a problem with a book which is revised . If i am wrong,do explain. Sister White never speaks about the Holy Bible & SOP are "church manual.

Just read the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy, the conference is infiltrated with Jesuits that sister White described in one of he dreams, the goods were confiscated by the well dressed men. Do not believe in the majority because it's deceiving. When Sunday law is here it will surprise SDAs because they were not ready, they listened to lies and fables instead of what was given to us by God Himself through Jesus and the Holy Spirit. We are not Catholics nor Pentecostals or charismatic non commandment keeping people. God called us to be n the message Revelation 14, and Rev 18, Daniel 8:14 movement. Rev 10 , thou must prophesy again.

I understand your concern for me but when the latter rain will be poured out upon His servants, then God will then take FULL control of the work. We cannot look at this with our own faulty, limited human eyes.

What he is actually saying is God gave US a job to do. We are to plant the seeds. THEN He CAN finish the work. Granted He(God) can finish it without us. However, when we have truly joined our hearts with His we will WANT to help Him finish it. (Look for the positive!)
