Love my ftx , I have a few including the kanyon , Ramraider and outlaw, 100 quid for the outlaw cheap and cheerful and bought because it's just fun and sometimes that's all you need.....yeah 🍋 but hey 😂

Hi Mike. Just a quick message to say how much I have enjoyed watching your FTX Outlaw RC journey. I bought a brushed Outlaw model a couple of months ago and have also replaced the original electronic components with a GoolRC brushless motor combo. I have also changed the wheels and tyres for a 1/8 scale buggy combo and a few other hop ups that you have recommended on previous videos. I have grown to love this car... Yes, it still rolls over too much but I put it down to its character... Keep up the excellent work Mike. 🙏

I also put 12mm 30 hex extension to make it 60 mm wider and lowed it as far as will go

Love some of the FTX cars, the brushless Vantage and Geo crawler are brilliant! I love that U4 look of the Outlaw, but the negative reviews have always put me off getting one. Are they considered lemons because of the lack of durability and constant rolling over? The Losi Lasernut is also allegedly fragile... why can't we have a good U4 option! Axial needs to work on a new Bomber...

Yeah, some of them are very good. Some... not so much! It's the durability. Rolling over is just a by-product of the rear suspension design. A new Bomber would be great!

i just picked up the vrx version recently and it runs great on my backyard track, but it has berms, so the body roll is half the fun, maybe more so

i tried a 3100kv in mine and i think its still too high (17T motor mount) going with a 3660 2200kv next. anyhow you love to hate it so why would you get rid of it!? I picked mine up brushed and well used for 100aud/52gbp 2nd hand. only the lower sway bar pull rod was broken

My out law is just running ok it's broke load of times but it's cheap to fix think ftx will do a out law 2.0

Yeah, some cheaper ones are definitely false economy. My Outlaw is, no doubt! Some FTX stuff is good, though.
