My wife and I have just arrived back in Australia from around baybay and Ormac, looking for land and spending time with family. We just love watching your videos it gives us inspiration for our plan's to retire in Leyte. simonrobinson4453 If you like going to malls and eating fast food like McDonald's or Greenwich etc then you only have Ormoc city or Tacloban city to choose from in Leyte. I live 100kms south of Ormoc and it's expensive when you have to pay for a hotel just to go shopping and eating out in "civilization" as provincial life becomes boring after a while especially since most people don't speak English unlike larger cities. Also, during blackouts larger cities are reconnected before little towns. Lastly, in small towns you can't buy fresh veggies like cauliflower or broccoli or quality cheeses etc as it's grown north of Manila so the scarce supplies go to larger towns. I won't even mention trying to buy appliances or furniture in small towns. Again I have to drive to Ormoc or Tacloban.

Indeed, time flies so fast. Before you know it Isabella is a debutante. Nice to see you all enjoying a simple life. Here in Canada, I also have a big backyard where I enjoy gardening. Since it's autumn here, my yellow and red chrysanthemums bloom to the fullest. My red geraniums bloomed great as well. Regards to everyone.

Isabella is so rambunctious, in a good way. We should all be so rambunctious so we can get our homeworks and chores done merrily and promptly on time, no dilly dallying about.

I have noticed the seasonal difference here in Cebu too. Not so hot now. Yes time flies. We have grandchildren in collage. Stay well.

Good on you living in the Philippines. I also married to a British for 50yrs but living here in Australia. Have a house in Baguio city visits yearly and stay for 3 to 6 months.. yes good life.

When I was Isabella's age, I took up ballroom dancing. It's a pitty I can't post pictures here, because they seem really funny when I look at them now 😄, but I was fortunate to have some very pretty girls as my dance partners. 💃🕺

I’m willing to believe that the actress playing the wife is in the Philippines. But I don’t accept that the husband is there. The skin is pale and the accent sounds either English, Irish or Australian, but definitely not Filipino. I’m guessing some sort of AI trickery has been used to make him appear in the Philippines.
