    Give yourself a reason to do what you are feeling unmotivated to do. Example: First thing, make your favorite cup of tea- only drink this tea when you are starting out. Or dedicate solid time and have a pre- scheduled dinner or lunch out at the end of the week with a friend or as a cute self date. Get all dressed up for your meal and enjoy it! Give yourself a reason to live your life- take charge and use your inner power to create the life you love. No matter how scary it is, remember that knights fight the scary monsters and win! Because they use their fear as their power to make their kingdom safe and beautiful again. YOU GOT THIS! I BELIEVE IN YOU :)

    im sorry if this will be corny but i think i just needed to get this off my chest. after a few years wasted in college studying stuff i didnt want to, i finally found my passion and have a plan for my future: i have a lot of hard work ahead of me, im intimidated tbh. my degree is gonna be in video game design and development, but at the end of the day, im sooo excited to finally be working for my own goals instead of expectations placed on me by others. this and other similiar playlists give me that feeling of courage and hope i needed for so long, to finally begin living my life for myself. so with all that out the way, i wanted to say thanks! i love the arts and creativity, and music is a medium that brings so many people together and leaves an impact. these songs you put together say to me, "it will be alright in the end" and "dont give up!". those are easy things to forget, especially these days, so again, thank you! i hope everyone reading this has a happy and fulfilling life. a life without regrets! ♡

    Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. I stole this from someone else but sadly forgot who I stole it from so I've decided to add some kind affirmations to hopefully help you

    Yesterday, I was really stressed because of my exams and all of the assignments i have for university, i was basically having a mental breakdown, but I had to stay motivated. KZread recommended this playlist, so i decided to give it a try and it was one of the best decisions i've made, honestly.     I find it so fascinating that music like this makes the people listening so comforted that they feel safe to get anything they need to off their chest or even pour their heart out in the comments. I think that maybe it's because we subconsciously know that the other people listening will understand and wont judge. I think this is my favorite corner of the internet that I would like to stay in.

    I cannot describe in words how much this video has helped me concentrate and make my heart stay on keep studying. I am so greatful of you. Tomorrow is my first examinations of this semester's final examination. And the subject is GENETICS . I am relaxed because of this. I play this whenever I need this.     I actually was feeling relaxed when I was listening to this. But our lessons discussed a very sensitive topic and cried my eyes out during this. Making it into a sad music, but it helped me cry until I slept. It proves I'm not numb from medications that I have been taking before. One way or another, it still helped me in things I wanted.
