It's very refreshing to me to find a prepping video that isn't AI. Here we have a real person using her real voice showing us her real preps instead of video snippets and photos off the internet.. Not one time did I hear you claim your preps are game-changers, lifeline, non-negotiable, I really appreciate you showing us your haul. Thank you and best of luck to you.

@@uniquelymike you can buy single serve honey ad well. That might be a better option fir a syrup. It can also be used as a sweetener and has good medicinal properties. I keep several jars in my pantry and have some single serve "straws" for my emergency evacuation bags.

I have 3 cats and save the cat litter jugs to store water for flushing or for mopping the floor. I usually buy gallons of distilled water fir using in my ice machine and coffee maker. I save those gallon containers to store drinking/cooking water. For my drinking water and my cats, I will use part of what's stored in my gallon jugs to run through my ZeroWater pitcher. I try to keep at least 12, a years worth, filters in my stockpile. I've been prepping for decades and have tried the encourage others to do the same. I always give them information about you to help them learn more. Thanks for sharing with us.

12:58 I just picked up a box of the dried brown Minute Rice to try. It takes 10 minutes instead of 5 but I'm hoping 3 or 4 minutes will just be steaming time off heat. Also picked up a couple of boxes of couscous (Near East brand) on sale, it is likewise precooked and takes 5 minutes to set up after adding to boiling water. Cheaper in bulk, of/c. My favorite way to make it involves cooking some onions, garlic and a carrot in small dice in olive oil, then adding leftover (or canned) chicken, subbing the water with chicken stock or water with chicken bouillon, and bringing it to a boil. Then add couscous, stir and put lid on for 5 minutes. Fluff and serve as is or with plain yogurt and/or hot sauce. Easily adapted to emergency situations or camping! Even just adding to heated up Rotel tomatoes would work.

Some of the powdered eggs is scrambled ones because I in a the fresh eggs are always cooked like when extra second split it with them. The dogs can have eggs, but they have to be cooked. Is what I learned anyway. You could have changed over the last 40 years. But I don't salt and pepper it. No k said anybody was curious. Their dogs could have scrambled eggs with them. And I just put it to the side.

I have a house, but it's small and I'm stocking for four adults. You can put risers under your bed to add height, then use plastic under bed storage bins to put dry goods under the bed. Do you have a bookshelf filled with books? Pull your books forward, you can store canned food behind the books unseen. You can hang shoe organizers over doors or in the closet and fill with mixes, pouches of potatoes, rice, etc. if you have space on top of your kitchen cabinets, get decorative boxes or baskets and fill with long term items you wont need to access often. Look around, I bet you will find lots of places you can strategically store items.

I have found true lon in packets. It is just crystalized lemon. No sugar. It's ok but a little puckering😂. Bought some cold brew tea bags to try out for flavor.

I have the same problem with aspartame. Sucralose upsets my stomach. I have been thinking of trying the plain Kool-Aid packets but I keep forgetting to look for them.
