How long did you take it to notice a change? I had my blood work done. My Prolactin was high like yours. My Estrodial was super low at 9pg. My total T was 622 and free T was at 11ng. SHBG was about 45nmol. FAI was 47. So since the estrodial was low compared to my Total T. Should probably be between 20-30pg. I started taking 10mg of DHEA. To hopefully increase Estrodial. I decided to add Pregnenalone along with it. I just started it yesterday. I noticed DHEA definitely changed my mood been taking it for 3 weeks. My cardiovascular system definitely seems much better. I’m just trying to get my morning wood back 😂

@Cookie Monster 90. Then it was 9! That's when Doc said to go EOW with E-blocker I just decided to eliminate it. Now, estrogen score stays around 45 when I eat average. When I start to go full keto and drop fat levels the estrogen score goes down around 30 as my body fat levels decrease. Just like they talk about. Getting lean affects this hormone, and if you're not getting blood work done, you will never know this. You will just feel the energy loss (how I felt) and lethargic.

My estradiol level is 12 and test is 488, would I benefit from a little aromatization? Was on my first TRT dose and the doctor recommended 1 mg tablet per week. Upon taking the anastrozole, I feel like I am extremely anxious and cannot sleep. From what I am reading 12 is actually already a low number for estrogen at this ratio. I have for months felt extremely irritable all the time prior to seeking out TRT and have had worsening anxiety. Could I benefit from once a week cypionate injections to encourage a small amount of aromatization?? I understand that a 1 mg dose is massive to start but I was just doing as the doctor prescribed. I'm beginning to wonder if some of my irritability and other symptoms were due to a low estrogen level in the first place?

Assuming you are natural with no exogenous testosterone, the only direct way is to gain body fat. Diet wise you can also try adding small amounts of soya based foods (healthy stuff like tofu ideally), flaxseed oil or like lavender (if using oil, dilute a drop or two into a oil). Experimentally could try low dose exogenous estradiol (like less than 0.5mg) which may be enough to put it into the 'just fine' range. Ask an endo tho.
