Thanks man I'd say I was just 3 day old grain alcohol on this vid and now may be at the level of glass of 8 year old whiskey that's sat out in the sun for a couple days.. I truly feel complimented here : ) Will keep trying to give everyone an accurate representation of what I see in these places because often it's truly hard to put into words (without swearing) how amazing these villas are.

Haha thanks Johnson. We try to keep it light hearted and fun here at Balitecture. Yeah motorbikes only cost $75-100usd a month to rent so most people do that. However cars or taxis are also cheap

I like the simple but efficient Floorplan. The fact that open living kitchen area can be closed off to provide a conditioned space is a huge plus. What would an approximate cost be to build and furnish a similar build?

Appreciate the feedback Jason. This cost $180,000 usd not incl land. This land was freehold 300m2, however a comparable leasehold would be $70-90,000 usd for 30yrs in this popular area.

@@Balitecture Wow still amazes me how relatively inexpensive it is to build such quality houses in Bali. I'm a part real estate investor in Birmingham Alabama but was originally born in Jamaica. Since the pandemic I've bee been considering buying a place on the north coast of Jamaica. But the prices and lifestyle in Bali is so much more attractive because of how much more developed Indonesia is than Jamaica for foreigners in terms of tourism and infrastructure. The main drawback is the leasehold.

Locals do have loan and finance options available from banks and specialist providers, but foreign investors typically use their own capital to buy property in Bali.

Double showers are the best, especially if you have little kids, I have 3 boys under 7 and love places with a big shower, pop them all in there together

Hi Dawna, don't worry about the traffic even though Bali is a crowded area - not in the whole area of Bali, but people always have to obey the rules to drive and keep others safe also. So Bali is always a very safe area to travel obviously!

I stayed here, and it's not double showers. One for shower 🚿 and the other one actually toilet. Love the villa tho, it's great for throwing party with friends

@@3blinds we have enough centuries experience with our land being "owned" by foreigner which mean "Being Colonized".. 😁😁..so,we don't have any intention to give our land and soil back to the foreigner again without any very firm return for us as Indonesian under the strict rules and law 😁😁..or U can become a citizen of Indonesia if U really have your own properties.. 😁😁👍👍🇮🇩🇮🇩
