Replacing the Head package seemed to be such a Headache that i preferred to change the Brush instead and here i am after 7 months only to find out how simple it actually is. Thank you Dr Arib

Thank You, Sir! I got one of these and loved its functionality..... but didn't realize how the heads would be so oddly designed for replacement. And, like an idiot, I threw away the packaging and all its helpful information.... Heck, I couldn't even remember what name was attached to my particular Oral-B. So I got on here and punched in a search and not only did you have a very clear picture of my tooth brush in the thumbnail, but its name "Cross Action" too.... and a short, very helpful video on replacing the head. Again, Thank You!

One trick about these toothbrushes -- thorough rinsing is important. Otherwise, toothpaste residue will build up like a kind of mortar. While it gives way to the oscillating shaft and so you don't notice any performance loss, when it comes time to change the heads? A real headache. In this case, soak the head portion of the brush in near boiling water for a good 5 to 10 minutes before trying to remove the head. Once the head is off, you'll need to scrape and clean away the built-up paste residue.

@@michelle-zd2ncI bought my replacement heads from Amazon. Use triple-camel for the price history and then place a watch at a price within reason. Eventually when it drops, snap it up. That's what I did.

Thank you! Did this once years ago, and didn't have the instructions still when I found the brush and a replacement head with my old stuff. Good thing the tool was still with them also!
