I already called the judge and told him I have 2 lawsuits against the sheriff's office and that absolutely NOBODY should have used my power of attorney at any point and definitely not now!!!

I think that's the most disappointing thing. People that know me said nothing but if I knew this was happening to somebody I would of said something even if I didn't know the person that we'll. Not everyone has the integrity to do that though.

In my case I became a widow and they refused to give me anything without power of attorney for him. Think they just like mockin us unfortunately

Power of attorney means that money still has to be used on you and only you. They also have to give you a detailed log of how it's being spent and whom you report to so you can make requests when you need something. Otherwise that's abuse of fiduciary responsibility and financial abuse/medical abuse. Paying yourself to monitor someone and depriving them of ever using the money is abuse. So either it's fraud of the court or fiduciary fraud.

Yup they sat by perpetuating lies about me and didn't correct anyone when they knew the truth!

When the focus for justice amplified, I felt the fear and tension. People never thought it would get this far. It's all so sad. It really is.
