Better by ZAYN i understand that he was tired, frustrated and whatnot but was it really necessary for him to talk crap about the band? NO. he said that him and harry don’t really talk but there are videos of them all over the internet poking each others faces, hugging and even giving each other a peck on the cheek. it’s just very contradicting to what he was saying awhile back ya know. but i still love him tho and i’m happy if he’s happy. i was just hurt with what he said before.

All of them complimenting each other made me so happy🥺

The way the boys talk about Niall makes me smile. If you don’t have one member that is carefree, funny and is loving life this band wouldn’t have worked. He had no ego and just went with the flow of things which is why all of them loved him and that to this day he is the one that tries to stay in touch with all of them. The world needs more Nialls.

i think because they treated each other like family and they were so close it made fans feel closer to them too and that’s why they were so big, because fans felt comforted and a place to escape to in this unconventional family. it’s really sweet.

It’s 2020 and watching this makes me sad. Three of the boys are dads, they have solo careers, Harry is in a big movie, and Zayn says he hated being in the band and wasn’t close to any of them. What happened?

He never said he hated being in 1D. He just said he never really wanted to be there once he realized they're not gonna accept any of his inputs and his style of music. He felt so controlled that he thought only food was the one thing he could control and basically starved himself. He had anxiety, which grew and grew towards the later years of the band. He had no creative outlet, no control over his life and schedule, so for a young adult that's too much to take in. So yeah, all that happened.
