La magia o el truco está en como saca en la segunda mano el polvo, en la primera mano es un proceso químico, son dos sustancias que una absorve a la otra. La ilusión o el trcuo el mérito que tiene es sacar la segunda sustancia. Tampoco hay magia en la segunda mano, distrae la atencion con la otra mano y en la que baja( la segunda mano) debe de caerle desde la manga de la chaqueta el polvo a la segunda mano

It's quite simple really, the black powder/granules that's masquerading as pepper is placed onto what is salt has a chemical reaction that causes a chemical reaction, the timing is the key, it's not a quick reaction which is why he's using misdirection with his hand movements, just wasting time, the warmth of her hands hurries the reaction, get the timing right and hey presto.... all chemistry wrapped up in magic.
