AoA Am dying for the plainest possible matar chaaval, NOT matar pulau of any kind. And this recipe appears to come closest... but not quite. I am no chef or even a lousy cook, so need sm help. Objective: sadey matar chaaval; a bit "fried" (to distinguish from totally boiled rice) is acceptable, a dash of taste and flavour/aroma of cloves, cumin, a bit of sauted onion (may be?), sm salt. And that's all. 'Need instructions of this. Childhood memories 😒 Can sm one help, please!!🤲💐
