Mokulele's poor on-time record is not you the pilot's fault and I hope passengers aren't being irate and yelling at you guys about it. Kudos to you as the pay must be terrible at the regional level.

No, it is not. It is a single engine aircraft over a lot of water. Although the PT6 is very reliable, it's still a single engine. Why not fly the BN2A-8 Britten Norman Islander, or the DHC-6 Twin Otter.
