You're my favourite channel for "essential/ basic" makeup products because the way you do your makeup is what I find most relatable. Uncomplicated but pretty and elegant. 🙂While I do keep a smaller collection, the ones that you share about are the type I would definitely use often and possibly hit pan on. The fact that you actually use products that you say you like, even giving us reviews based on long-term usage, keeps the down-to-earth energy in this channel. ❤

Love seeing all the Merit products in action. I do think they have Fall down better than most other brands.

I love merit products wonderful products. I love the blush balms, lipsticks, and single shadow shades, the primer is also very nice. ❤ also love your idea of using the shadow singles for eye priming it's the perfect product

Thanks so much for this make up look! I love the blending of tones! I’d love to know if Merit is going to have their single eyeshadows in Sephora. As of now I live in an area where the few Sephora I have around don’t carry any of the eyeshadows… Having a hard time figuring out what color/colors to invest in without seeing and testing some of the formulas. 🤔

I’ve been waiting for a fall upload from you as my usual makeup look style is very similar to yours. I love merit products as well. I find the bronzer too balmy but use everything else, including g that face oil. They need to make it in a mini for travel. Please please tell them! It’s way too bulky. I love these fall colors on you Amanda!

what foundation brush did you use? it looks really nice!

I love the merit lipstick formula, and I have 4 of them, but I find the darker colors too warm in general. I wish they came out with a few medium to dark cooler colors also. Live the lip oils as well. Same for the eye solo shades. I have a couple and they are great. I hope they bring out a few satin shades and a few more cooler neutral colors and some lighter colors as well. I’d love a cream shadow palette from them. I’d be first in line to get it.

I really like the merit complexion stick but this is my second stick that has cracked off in the container and sent more than half the stick flying across the room when I opened the lid.

Do you use the Great Skin primer over moisturizer & sunscreen?

What shade are you in the Tower 28 concealer? We're around the same skin tone and I would love to pick it up!

I wish there was an alternative to the Merit Great Skin I think you said, as I'm in Australia and we can't get shipping here for so many smaller American and Canadian brands I love using the Laneige Cream skin mist after my skincare it's beautiful on my skin and even leaves a bit of tack for complexion products to stick. xo

I swatched a couple of the Solo eyeshadows in Sephora yesterday and felt kinda blah about them. The Complexion Stick and their Signature Lipsticks, though? I cannot talk them up enough.

Love, love, love the merit serum. ❤ and the foundation stick, but you don’t get much product. Even though I have this blush, I don’t like it on you or on me sadly.

Although I definitely like the merit lipsticks, they don’t beat the Bobbi brown crushed lip colour for me and I like the Bobbi brown shades a little more too. I live in Europe and had a friend send them to me from the UK. The blush and bronzer are definitely excellent though and I use them almost every time I do makeup.

I really do not like this Merit eyeshadow formula. The color -social I got is not pinky mauve but dirty on my fair skin. It doesn't last long or have much pigment. Shadow sticks-laura mercier, bobby brown and victoria beckham are so much better. Shadow pots -charlotte tilbury and tom ford are my other favorites.

Their old one used to. When they redesigned the stick it stopped doing that, in my experience.

Ugh, this is all well and good, however, Merit is unaccessible to Australians. I'd love to know why. The aesthetic, the products, the colours are tailor made for me. A piece of my heart dies a little with every video I see of Merit products. It is the only brand I'd pay over retail for. And I am a hard core Chanel fan girl. 😞
