Try this build maybe. Mana boots +Liandrays + Rift maker +death man's plate+force of nature + Green book/deathcap. Runes:Phase rush + courage + Second wind/bone plate + overgrowth + sweet tooth for lane survival. Although since you're playing JG you dont need that.Personally I dislike going for Rylai on Singed...I used to like it a lot but lately when i got better at singed i feel its unnecessary.You lose out damage so much compared to Rift maker especially when enemy builds MR,which also means less carry potential.For the enchantment,glory usually but qss for CC.Ghost and Flash Always...I always play top lane but I once tried mid and it was kinda easier to lane especially with second wind. Edit:whats your opinion with heartsteel on singed?
