Garret, I totally relate to the no sleep issue that you are having and here's my opinion. After many years working at the same job for the same small business, grinding everyday and trying my hardest, I actually just bought the business. It's a huge undertaking and one of the most exciting things i've ever done. I see a parallel (although on a much smaller scale than you) with what you are accomplishing with GoodGood. The nights are filled with thoughts of what I can do to make the business stronger, to improve the lives of the employees, to listen to the pulse of the community, and build a business that will flourish for years to come. You and all the members of your click have had such great success, and the lack of sleep is your mind telling yourself that you are not through succeeding. You all have provided so much for your community, and I can see how eager you are to continue ascending to a place greater than any of you imagined was possible just a few years ago. Sleep doesn't come easy for people who love being awake. I wish you all the greatest success, and when you are ready... the sweetest slumber

Ideally your follow through should, in most cases, be longer than your backswing... not the same length. On Tour for example the average player's putting backswing is 35% the length of their follow through. Another way to think about it, and this is how Mickelson taught putting in his short game video, is the 25/75 method. The Backswing should be 25% of the stroke, while the follow through should be 75%.
@Reffitt2

This is certainly true. I personally have always thought Garrett's putting stroke was super quick and "jerky" but he usually putts much better. Putting is so much of a confidence driven thing is funny. Smooth stroke and follow through to finish.

Yo Garrett I struggle with sleep as well. Routine sleep schedule is the key unfortunately. Highly suggest the Mathew Walker podcast on JRE. Melatonin will assist in getting your circadian rhythm back on track. If it’s worry or work, meditation exercises are helpful to quiet the mind. Try to go to sleep at 9pm regularly and hope for 10-11 in the short-term.

Garrett. Either cut out screen time 2 hours before bed. Or invest in some blue light glasses to filter out the blue light. Our brain cannot decipher between blue light and sunlight so screens suppress the production of melatonin (sleep hormone) in the evening. I genuinely noticed a difference since I started wearing them after sunset - i get a lot more yawny than before. Hope this helps.

Garrett, you may want to be a little cautious with that insomnia. It sounds like you're drifting into overdrive. At your age, it may take a while before anything serious occurs, however, consider giving it a complete media cold turkey for a week. Just step off the pedal for a while. No smartphone, no golf, no hanging out with the boys. Just sit and listen to nature. You'll soon feel just how tensed up you are. Get a break bro. And come back all new and fresh.

Grant, have you ever dabbled with moving the ball placement maybe half a ball to a ball, back in your stance? I noticed your 3-wd was a lot straighter when you did that in this video. I'm just curious what that might do, that's all.

It’s nice to see How much these guys have improved, nice job guys
Keeping in mind that I suck at Golf, Grant when you hit a bad shot it seems as if your finish is low. And by the way your bad shots are my good shots LOL. Thank you for the content guys keep it up!
Love your work guys 💪🇦🇺

🇦🇺 we are looking forward to the GG trip to Aus. Good luck to the editors trying to PG the content with everyone ordering a smashed avo and $&@“ing toast 😂
It’s funny you say, I’m literally sat here at 4 am Uk time, watching this video, because I cannot sleep. 😆
“And the lip outs continue” Karma coming in HOT for garrett after that comment towards grant 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hey Garret i had a similar problem, i bought a bottle of cbd + melatonin oil ment for sleep and that really helps.
U guys have the best positive energy. Now just a tiny bit of roasting and u guys got the synergy of of Poseidon and zeus

Garret these videos are so pleasing to watch
Love you gm golf!
You need some of that cbd get you to sleep in no time, get yourself in top form for all your GM and good good content

You had two chances to gain and didn’t make em… that’s why we all love golf lol. Nothing is ever guaranteed!! Good match
Garrett you should look for "Sleep" gummies by Olly. You take two about an hour before bed and it should help you fall asleep and stay asleep. I used to have the same strugglea until I started taking those. Also wanted to say always enjoy your videos man. Keep up the good work!
Great vid as always! Definitely appreciate the tracers! I am about tired of all these PXG ads 🤣
loving the tracers on here too
You guys need to get a 30 man group to fly down to Lajitas, TX and play Black Jack's Crossing. It would be an epic video.
Keep it up!
Cmon STEVE!!! Bring it
try to implement a solid sleep routine. no blue screens at least 60mins before you go to bed. have a cup of tea like 30mins before going to bed. your brain will adapt to that. it works! nice video as always btw... love the tracers :)
Great match!
Grant's got them trazodone's on lock 🔐🤣😂👌
That lip out got me 😂
I used to have the same sleeping problems like that but I started taking some medicine and it has helped a lot
Yep I got sleep problems for sure. This man really said sleep insomnia as if we were going to confuse it with food insomnia 🤣
Sounds like my home course our 9th hole is a 242yd par 3 that on most days takes driver..... And it always plays longer as we are on the coast in England....
VMAs dude! They are my lifesaver!
When I travel I have trouble sleeping. I can’t drink caffeine too late into the day and melatonin helps at night. Maybe give it a try Garrett. Sleep helps the mind and body stay sharp!
Grant been hitting much further left lately...he should watch some Good Good labs to get it corrected.

Probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite Good Good Golfer!
I can’t sleep either I feel you got golf soon.
Florida is awesome in the winter!
Great video!!!!
Vouch for Unisom. I use it moderately often (college student) but haven't felt any addictive tendencies. Really works, easy to wake up on and gets super deep sleep. If melatonin doesn't work then it's the next step up.
Garrett, how do I partner with you to post a product? Willing to discuss your price and be featured on the channel, thank you!
Great match
Watching this at 3am because I’m team can’t sleep!
Great vid
love the tracers!
I can 1000% relate to the not falling asleep G. - Me, at 3:16 a.m🤝
Grant - "Sun is bright" Yes Grant, yes it is
Good shot
The golf courses over there are so wide! The UK golf courses are so different, especially my golf club is so narrow
grant on the par 3 it looked like you did a little forward press before you hit the put and it pushed it out
I definitely have trouble sleeping too g

Every time me and my buddies play a new awesome track I can never sleep the night before , I'm way to pumped up to sleep!. So, I have been taking a quarter Xanax the night before and I wake up feeling well rested. Anxiety is the sleep killer.
"That was creamed on!" oh, Garrett... 🤣
Finally back in florida
I wonder if the reason Garrett couldn't remember his put was because he told himself to forget it... Great match guys and really a nice course
Let’s goooooooooo
I had trouble falling asleep for decades and then I discovered Benadryl which I take from time to time. Truly, the most important thing is consistency-go to sleep at the same time every night, wake at the same time, and avoid electronics within an hour of this bedtime.
I’ve had sleep problems for a long time. Most important thing I have changed is creating a longer routine for bed, and eliminating my phone from my routine. It fine to chill on your phone before bed but do it before you brush your teeth etc.
I sleep about as well as some of those short putts sometimes. I feel tired, lay down and either nothing happens or I instacrash and wake up 3 hours later. No bueno.
You’re in Florida read the grain on the putts! I know from experience for sure.
🔥 more tracers 😈
“Chippable inable” 😂😂😂🤔

Garrett's driving was pretty solid today!
I can’t sleep sometime too man. Think it might b from the lighting on my phone
New year, match 1!!!!
What size grip does Grant uses? Maybe a good good lab about grip size would be good! Cheers boys! from Ontario Canada!

Too small for him
Garrett, you may want to be a little cautious with that insomnia.
You guys should hold a contest for a fan to play with you guys. And if they beat 3 of you outright, they join good good 👍 that woukd be fun.
Is this Florida? In Tennessee right now it is 38* right now! Yall lucky dogs!
I can relate to the sleep. I usually lay down about 11. Ill fall asleep but wake up every hour. Sleep a hour wake up. Doze back to sleep and wake up in about an hour. It's all night like that.
Garrett, your head is moving up very quickly on those 3 footers?
Can you guys please play Qunitero in AZ. It will blow your minds.
Try Windswept Dunes here in the Florida Panhandle. Longest course in Florida
Love your videos guys. After watching a bunch, I've noticed that Grant's balls have a tendency to overdraw just a smidge. Grant, have you ever dabbled with moving the ball placement maybe half a ball to a ball, back in your stance? I noticed your 3-wd was a lot straighter when you did that in this video. I'm just curious what that might do, that's all.
