My big problem with this episode is that literally nothing happens. We get the worst cliffhanger in the history of cinema, no character development or meaningful actions take place. The episode is just filled with plot points that don't make sense or have no relevance to the show as a whole. For example, Osha touching the forest creature was so incredibly pointless, it just wasted two minutes out of less than thirty. Why in the world would she touch it in the first place, and why did we need a whole heroic sequence of Sol killing it? There's no point, it's not an interesting scene and it doesn't add anything to the characters. The only thing I notice is the producers trying to piss us off with borderline lore issues.

i think the insect scene was meant to awaken OSHA's force sensitivity. Not defending, just talking outloud. I honestly thought the other insects would attack similar to the Colonial Marine ambush scene in the Sigourney Aliens film. Kill one and it activates the rest. The fact that nothing happened was beyond lame as was the fact that none of the other Jedi seemed to sense anything amiss.

Watcher theory I’ve seen going around is the villain is that shop owner who gave Mei the poison. Worst part of this episode was they enough Ki-Adi-Mundi into the story when he hasn’t even been born yet. Come on writers; understand these characters you’re putting into these shows. You could have put Yoda in because that makes sense.

sell the franchice, ignore the past 12 years completely and either do a total reboot or start with the Thrawn/Zahn trilogy.

Ive found the acting to be sub par and story rushed with very plain jane writing. No general intrigue or excitement building. Its not slop but its not good, like, at all! Mid Level at best for me. But, I think this is Hollywood in general these days. A-List quality is a lost art.

What difference does it make if episode 30 minutes.??

I was a die hard fannof the eu before lucas sold and since the end of the force awakens the when we saw luke for micro minute i knew shit whould hit the fan i tried to keep on watching the shows and. Everything but even my kid doesnt want to watch it because he finds the star wars products now boring the kid loves dark vader and he finds every one now lame

well, it is good you are self-aware at least. Most people are not. You have correctly identified your problem which is usually the largest part of problem solving. You are very lax in your analysis of a story and give these shows too much credit from the get go for whatever reason (they never earned it). Now, you can focus on fixing that tendency and improve. I hope you get better at it.

The general criticism on the show is mostly on the script and dialogue. The action is mostly praised... and almost all of the videos , even the ones who hate the show have praised the Korean actor who plays Master Sol, who is doing his best despite his difficulty in speaking English.

Please do not make a tier list video.....
