Emotions are meant to be felt, learned about and dealed with so you can in your future help someone else to get along with it, because some people where sweet and innocent all their lives and then are pushed and stomped on to a point where they feel stressed and don't know how to deal with it yet and feels even more stressed, sad and deceptioned. We need empathy, true connections, equals. People that are sent from the divine have hard journeys but it is all worth it at the end. The after life is way bigger of a extention of this life time but within a better realm and with true peace. So always remind your self. This life is actually short. We suffer. But to help our spiritual brothers and sisters to not suffer like we did and in the end we are safe and saved souls to the divines eyes. Preserve the innocents introspection within soul, so they can have strength with a continues light heart, your pain is a strength and sheild because the more pure and believing you are with no pain the faster you have the power you have to manifest what is better for the collective in general, because this is plain purê loving, blinded faith. They try to make good people traumatize, over think and over análise and criticize them selves because. We empaths we have these strong abilitys of introspection in differnt manners, between different realms, spiritualy, mentaly and in the reality of the posição world. We are like mirrors.
