THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO AIR UP YOUR TIRES AFTER AN OVERLAND TRIP!

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

The MORRFLate TenSix PSI Pro and the Quad hose kit is by far the best method for airing down and airing up your tires before and after and Overland trip. This takes the 35 inch tires on my Bronco from 18 PSI to 38 PSI in LESS THAN 4 MINUTES!!

    I am really enjoying your videos. Just made my order for the Morrflate Tensix and the 4-tire adapter hose. Keep them coming. Hope the steering rack solution works out well.

    Bronco can connect to the Bronco TrailApp to help monitor the real time tire pressures while being outside of the car. 🤘

    That's awesome the setup I have hooks to the battery but have to do 1 tire at a time. This looks like a time saver accept for winding up the hose lol

    Im wondering if we can just set up fittings and hoses to it and do the same job with your existing compressor?

  • @OFFTHEGRIND

    @OFFTHEGRIND

    Yeah you definitely can. The hose kit you can sell separately and they all have the same fit to attach them

    Hahaha yeah winding up the hose isn’t quick. I’ve gotten quicker with practice but it’s still better than doing each tire individually

    @@OFFTHEGRIND I will check the connection on my compressor tonight. If it's the same then I can just buy the MORRFLATE QUAD: 4-TIRE HOSE KIT.

    They are super nice...especially when you get the whole kit sent for free 😁 This or Thor's Lightning save a ton of time. Not that cheap but neither is an inexpensive system that you have to run your car for up to 20 minutes just to keep the thing going. Gas and time cost money.

    Any experience, people you’ve gone out with that use this on a heavy duty vehicle? I’m wondering if this could handle airing up tires on a superduty for 25-30 psi to 65-70.

  • @renk5000
    @renk50006 ай бұрын

    Another option for me. Thanks for the review and walkthrough. Qq, recommended psi for off road on 265/70/17 is about 16-20psi?

    Yeah I think that’s the sweet spot for most tires. Kinda depends on your sidewall too. A 2 ply sidewall will have more flex at all PSI then a 3 ply, so if you are running a 3 lot you might need to go a little lower. Just play around with them and see what best suits your driving style and environment

    Great video and I really like the new MorrFLate and wouldn’t mind getting one but my biggest concern and correct me if I’m wrong but you have to hook up all four tires at the same, which is perfect for off-roaring. But if you’re on a trip and have a flare in one tire or come across someone with a low tire you can’t just air up that one tire, you would have to hook up all four tires. Again please let me know if I am wrong. I’m not sure if the previous generation operates the same way or not.

  • @OFFTHEGRIND

    @OFFTHEGRIND

    That is correct. I believe you can run it individually if in an emergency l, but you run the risk of damaging the pump. Might be okay for a couple of uses that way though

    @@OFFTHEGRIND I think they said it's ok to run at 1 tire at a time. It adjusts for that. The problem is the tire valve can only input so much air which is a lot less than the compressor is putting out. 1 tire every once in a while is fine.

    You’ll be fine with running one way hose I have the Napa version $100 which air up a 35s from 10psi to 35psi in 1min 10sec I don’t like carrying the 4 way like he say too much hassle setting it up n packing back up especially when the ground is muddy

    Is it made in the US, mate? If it could stand the test of time the ARB twin compressor will be a second choice. It's cost effective, however needs to be as compact as the ARB twin compressor for easy permanent mount. In my humble opinion. Any plan on upsizing your tyres?

  • @OFFTHEGRIND

    @OFFTHEGRIND

    I do not believe it is American made. But it also didn’t have a “made in china” sticker on it, which by federal regulation is required for Chinese made products to be sold in the us. So I’m not sure where it is made. I can’t speak to the longevity of this one but I’m confident it will serve me well for many years. And yeah, it’s bulky, but 18-38 psi in under 4 minutes!? Wild!! Eventually I’ll go up to 37s but not in a huge rush
