Sir, we know that IAS are generalists and not specialists. We, at some point of our preparation, stumble a lot upon choosing between these two. How do they both differ from each other in administration and policy making? And what are their roles. Also, it is seen that through 'lateral entry' specialists are given a chance to join ministries. So does this imply that 20 years down the line, they'll be given preference over latter? Please throw some light on this through a video. Thankyou for your ceaseless mentorship sir.

Exactly same happened with me i got 81 marka in vision ias open test before this i used to get 110-120 marks in insight and other test series and now prelims is about to come...people says vision ias is the best but i feel they make paper difficult deliberately...
