Anyone can run a line pump. It takes real skill to run a boom pump with the placer standing on a wall.

Man stfu. Everyone that I’ve seen on the internet or here in slc Utah use a double ended 2.5 inch or 2 inch hose. We use a shorty which majority of the time is cut in half to not put on a full hose cause all we need is a few extra feet and break down as we go and don’t have time to reconnect the endless. This is from small line pumps to big jobs with 4 inch hose.

Covered the line and going way too fast in that tight spot in beginning. Turn the pump down a couple clicks. When i pumped i remember everyone would ask where did i come from they were amazed how accurate i was haha

Sometimes the concrete comes with fiber that replaces the rebars. It’s used on slim slabs. I think within 4 inches of depth

​@@bobsaget6720should be steel reinforcement regardless. fiber in the mix just makes the concrete stronger but doesnt prevent heaving if it cracks. some guys use cheesy wire mesh. crazy expensive but doesnt do much. at least #3 bar 2ft oc or 30 in. alot of cali guys skimp put on subgrade too. pour right over dirt or grass
