We visited Sidmouth Rugby Club to look at the impact that the LooseHeadz partnership has had on the whole club.
The LooseHeadz mission is to place a mental health lead at every rugby club in the world.
Sidmouth have engaged with the partnership and have over 15 mental health leads to promote positive mental fitness, create kinder cultures and ultimately support our aim to tackle the stigma.
