dont know if im too late to explain but this is a 2nd episode of the song bcz someone in his circle leaked a song he hasn't put out yet so when the song was leaked, there are a bunch of other rappers who are his potential competitions put out a bunch of shady songs about him. and so he released this diss track to diss all the other rappers and also the "friend" that leaked the song. it's calledJ+O II (jo.2) because there's an original version of J+O (jo.1) that was his first rap song that took his career on a rocket to these days. J+O (jo.1) was just a normal diss track toward no one in particular but people created dramas around it, that's how he got known for his hiphop skills and flows😅
