This paint will be perfect for painting marijuana grow rooms. The reflectivity of the walls, floors, and ceiling, plays a major part in how efficient the lighting is. And if this paint becomes available for the same price as regular paint then it will be used.
Is this paint safe and doesn’t cause any health issues. ? Will it cause any issues while getting exposed to the sun. ?
Great Ideas, However there are Several Papers written from 2005 at Utah State University, Using Barium Sulfate in White paint. Any Comments?

Wow I watched this professor Xiulin Ruan in an unrelated video long ago and didn't realize he was the same guy here in recent news.
