Me and my friends are just at the point of we don't play ranked unless we're all online to form a full team to avoid toxicity, but like.. Even casual is horrific, it's wild.

Yago on this map could work if youre a dick and use the walls to ult. Letting last pick tank is totally normal, and 4th pick as a healer as well, if you let 1st or 2nd pick point tank then that can lead to lack of dps pressure because skill diff.

I was a suport main but man players suc at playing points so i farmed every tank so i can play the roll i rather trust bad suport than avrg point tanks these days

I used to play this game a lot. Never got into ranked- casuals was stressful enough oftentimes. On top of that, ranked q times and champ select/bans can take so long, the game's not good enough for all that.

Dude for real. I miss ranking but it just takes so darn long. I get home from work and after chores I basically have 2 hours of gaming and I don’t wanna spend it waiting in a lobby stressed out and praying the team picks all roles. Sometimes you wait through most of the draft and in the end somebody doesn’t pick and all that waiting was for nothing. When I look at the history at the end of the session I see I only got to play 3-4 matches the whole night. At least if you queue casuals you get more gaming in.

This is the prime example of why I went from playing every single day for 3 years to once a week for 2 hours. The devs have let this game turn into the most toxic game on the internet. Every balance change made in the past 8 months has completely destroyed the game. They based all their balance changes on the opinions of pros for 7 years and now here we are. The most toxic game on the planet. Not just the people playing, but the balance in the game itself is even toxic. It’s crazy that everyone has complained about healing for 5 years now. But the numbers don’t lie, when healers were healing, this game had 70k players. Ever since they added passive anti healing, and messing with how healing works, we went down to 3K players. The only reason they messed with healing in the first place was because pros complained.

@@themorgue3836 lol Paladins is number 1 in toxicity, Overwatch is number 2. At least with OW2, you can find more balanced matches. That’s the one reason why Paladins is worse, match making.

What healing changes are you referencing? When caut was 75% and we were in a double healer meta that shit was not it.

@@stomio6491 YOU and the pros who brainwashed you may have thought that, but the numbers don’t lie buddy. Healing metas had us at 70k players, this aggressive snowball 20 death a game play style has us at 2K players. Unfortunately the devs listen to people like you instead of taking a look at the hard numbers. It doesn’t feel good to any person playing this game, to die 20 times each match. That shouldn’t be the goal. The game already rewards skilled players in dozens of ways, focusing on damage and snowball effects does not match this game. Paladins is unique and shouldn’t share mainstream balance ideas from other games. This type of game should have a primary focus on its tanks and supports, rather than its DPS. Tanks need to be the most vital role to a game like this and should be more fun, interesting, & rewarding to play. Holding your trigger braindead with a damager, shouldn’t be the strongest, most rewarding, & important role. I can tell you from my perspective, I started playing Paladins 3 years ago, because it was the most different and still is, from other similar games. The LAST thing I started playing this game for was to play a dps champion with a gun. I can play any other game in the world, if I want to play that way.

@@AnthonyAlexzander ima stop ya right there lol. Healer meta and 75% caut was long, long after the game peaked around 60k players. The peak came around mid 2017 i believe but youd have to see steam charts. The meta at the time was most definitely not a healer meta, i personally didnt start playing until september 2017 so i didnt quite catch the peak. But I can tell you that yes, the game was far better back then, but no, caut was 90%, that 75% shit happened for like a year (?) or so and was quickly reverted because of how dogshit it was. It was so bad that even people that complained about “burst meta” (which was pretty much everyone) said they wanted the old caut and healing numbers back. I think 75% caut happened Jan 2023 or so. I dont know tbh But you have your timeline a little messed up. Main point is Mobility era>burst era>double healer era I dont know the state of the game now, i play very infrequently but it kinda feels like a mobility/burst combo

You seem to missed the point of the video 😂 1. They banned a lot of tanks which lead me to play a tank i'm uncomfortable to play since all my tanks are banned. 2. Forced to play my worst role 3. Toxicity before the game even started 4. No one protects the supports hence why they kept dying 5. Afks mid game And you think i'm mental for that? 💀

​@KirbZM zhin tried his hardest . seris actually had more heals and has the least deaths in ur team . In 2nd game ur terminus was not special , u don't have the recharge shield after axe hit card so ur shield was always down they just didn't have the good dmg players to kill u

He’s probably using the DR/ speed card on charges , it’s usually more worth to hold unless those stacks are like a super important conformed kill

I have the "Strength of stones" and " it follows" cards. Basically it gives me 20% damage reduction and 10% speed the more charges i have, Pair that with the talent "undying" is actually a good combo.

​@KirbZM I run the same build but with rejuv and the card that gives more healing under 50% health @ 20% strength. Term with lethality can use 6% speed on controller and be unhittable for most players lmao

Yeah ranked is not worth playing anymore. I can’t feel enjoyment over playing something when I dropped 31-41 kills and we still lost cause our flank went 1/16 and our team refused to pick a second tank so we had no objective time cause the team is clearly not of equal skill. And that’s no offense to the players who may just be new. It’s not their fault they get put in high level matches by the game itself.
