I live an hour from Wolverhampton and I’ve only been to a handful of games but my heart breaks for those who are season-ticket holders and go on a regular basis Home and Away. The fact that he has increased prices to such a degree across-the-board during a cost of living crisis is disgusting.

Don't forget that watching on TV is MORE EXPENSIVE in the UK as well, compared to international viewer subscriptions. There is no value for money in the UK as it is, but Wolves have really made a bad decision here. Awful.

From the “high” of seeing my club making a stand against the horror-show that is VAR on behalf of us the fans to the very depths with this announcement ! Think again Jeff - and fast before you lose all the good will and respect you have garnered over the last seven years!

Not a wolves fan but the price rises are an absolute disgrace. Once again the top level is pricing out the regular, loyal + hardcore fans who have supported the club through thick and thin.

Fans bemoan limited funds for transfers and then complain at these prices. When I was a teenager my father rarely took my brother and I to matches [ I remember the Andy Gray pitch signing ]. It was only when I left University and started work that I followed Mr Turner and his gang home and away [ Standing in South Bank next to Plant n Bevan on occasions]. Kids [ I have 4] think that parents have to take them everywhere at times. Wolves need more income, end of. C'mon me babbies.

Thanks guys love watching your videos over the season, I sit in SB and was expecting around £800 for my renewal so it’s a bit higher than expected, I go with my son who I purchase also his ticket as my enjoyment is watching our beloved Wolves but also the time spent together especially now he is getting old. I expect this season will mean the ground not selling out each week and a poor atmosphere. This year the cost I WILL pay for us to renew will be for the two season tickets £1670, not sure how many years if the increases stay this high each year. It does seem owners no longer want genuine fans but rich commercial people attending so money over atmosphere, if that’s the case might as well shut stadiums and just put on tv

I'd already decided to not only give up wolves but all top flight football once this season finished. Enough. What is good about the game anymore? Benchmarking= everyone else is doing it, so we will too. Greedy gutless bastards. The soul has been ripped out of the game.

I agree. It's outrageous how much tickets have increased. Disabled prices rising so much? I cannot understand that at all. I used to take my dad, who was in a wheelchair, to matches when I was home and he loved it. His income was low and I cannot imagine how other disabled people and the person who accompanies them would be able to afford it. You're absolutely right, Nathan and Liam. Other teams will be in areas that have higher incomes. These increases don't reflect the income levels in the Wolverhampton area.

Pre sale managing of the accounts to attract buyers? So will have to put up with the sub standard facilities, should I decide to renew. £840 to sit in the Steve Bull to renew and have been in there since 1988 as a season ticket holder but with the crumbling stand and league 2 standard catering and toilet facilities in there then this insane price hike is a real insult and p*ss take. Plus on top of that Jeff and GON have already planted the seed that they'll be no funds available in the summer window either, I'm not happy. Just waiting for the new kit to be launched now at some astronomical price too. Jeff and FOSUN are shafting us and in my eyes prepping the club for sale.

Had VIP tickets to leicester v wolves a few seasons back and had a chat with group of ladies at dinner table and they said they used to have a box at wolves in the billy wright! UNTIL FOSUN KICKED THEM OUT and put the prices up beyond £10,000 a box! this was a season or after promotion.

My first Wolves match was 1967. I have had a season ticket since 1978. Seen us all the way down to Division 4 and back up to the top. I struggled to pay this season and missed a couple cup games because I could not afford to go. I'm afraid I cannot afford this. Even with direct debit that is £81 going out of my account for 9 months that is just too much I have to live. They say the 3pm ban is going to be lifted so we might be able to watch the games live on tv/net. The old ones will remember after we lost 3- 0 to Chorley in the cup our lowest point(1986) we played Lincoln away in the fog. There were no more than 300 fans there that day.....and this is how we are repaid.....

I’ve read it, its the type of Corporate claptrap mega corporations use all the time when it comes to benchmarking, etc. They need to understand the local area and they clearly dont. Shows REAL contempt for fans IMO.

2017- Billy Wright central ticket was around £500... 2024- double that. Yes Premier League but more entertaining? Nope. Gave mine up last season. Cricket membership for me, much more value for money.

Regrettably this is what happens when accountants and an owner with no emotional understanding of the full dynamics of a club, the game or its supporters does……ultimately it’s a balance sheet…..no emotion……just a bottom line. Great and honest reaction……well done for being so forthright to how fans are feeling…….a state of shock and massive disappointment in a club that has generations and generations of local families following….

What did someone once say in a movie “greed is good”. Fosun clearly incapable of adequate funding their adventure in football. They are not going to fund the summer transfer budget with fresh injection of capital - any inward bound players will be funded by outgoing players. It is questionable that , apart from Neto, profit on sales of players will be marginal. To avoid the lack of forts team players it is clear we will rely on loan deals and players of questionable ability or who are past their best. If the best the fans get is what they endured over the last dozen league games then I’m not sure why anyone would waste their money never mind enduring inferior quality accommodation, catering etc.

I can understand a player would want to benefit as much as possible financially from playing a game, although I think salaries are out of control. However, I would feel extremely uncomfortable knowing that as I run around on the pitch my extremely high and disproportionate salary was a reason for pricing loyal fans, children and the disabled out of the game. The money is small for them (maybe an everyday meal at a restaurant) but huge for others even if spread over a year.

Fosun don't know anything about football or running a football club they are now trying to make back loses from their own stupid mistakes by ripping off the fans ..disgraceful they need to sell up!

Why are fans so surprised about this??? Players wages/transfer fees/agent fees are the root cause & why has it got so out of control?? SKY TV MONEY!!! Went with Johnnie Spikes to Wolves v Some other team at Molineux last week. Don't know who they were, played in red. Didn't see much of the game, at all but wasn't that bothered . The Banks's was brilliant but kept it down to two and hit the fizzy wine. We rushed to the window when the crowd made enough noise but concentrated on getting Johnnie as pissed as a fart. Much more fun. Filled old Johnnie full of black coffee as the game came to an end. Got him to pay the bill and helped him into his car. We all roared with laughter as he drove off , and almost hit the hot dog lorry. Billy Wizzle said that it's his turn for the Villa Corporate tickets next month. He did tell me who they were playing but I didn't know them, and couldn't care less. Mikey Wright asked to come but we said no because he wants to watch the game. Kin working class oike!!!!
