    The Pineapple juice is not working because of the Enzymes in it. You can destroy them by heating it before. Hope this helps. :)

    Calli was right on when she mentioned the froyo toppings. It's the exact same thing. They have strawberry flavor raspberry etc... Not exactly boba but liquid trapped in a gel like sphere... Nate needs to visit more froyo shops lol

    Using the pineapple concentrate could really fool people into thinking you were eating a raw egg yolk. The best part would be talking someone else into doing it, just to get that intense flavor of pineapple lol. They would be so confused haha.

    Yes here in Belgium we have bubble tea but its not boba pearls, its a clear iced tea with a sirup of choice and then some pearls of choice, green apple, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, mango, etc and they burst in ur mouth and they are actually so tasty

    If you wanna do the first method at home, here’s a tip: Get a tall glass for the calcium salt so that the drops of flavored sodium agitate can have a long fall down to the bottom of the glass. This helps them not stick together

    I only wish the chemical ingredients were cheaper...then it would be more fun to do. I first heard about this type of thing in the Food Wars/Shokugeki no Soma manga, the main character used this to make a seaweed bento by making seaweed 'pearls' using this method so that each one had the flavor of seaweed in them and put them over a bed of rice..since apparently seaweed bento with a sheet of nori over the rice is a cheap and rather well known bento..and he turned it on it's head using this method.

    For the redbull, you got to boil it down to get rid of carbondioxid and make it more sirupy. And for the big spheres, its easier if you freeze the liquid in silicon half sphere molds.
