My perfect pizza is a classic neapolitan pizza. Fermented dough, high quality ingredients, cooked in a wood fire oven. It’s hard to beat in my book. I would give a close second to the thicker crust grandma’s pizza. This place looks amazing, almost makes me want to visit Jersey.
