As my experiences in English. Your English is not bad at all. Of course your fluent is not fluenty as you said. After all there is no problem but your accent. However, this is not your mistake. I am a guy who live in Cyprus-Omorfo Turkish person and my accent exactly the same like yours. It is actually not problem but we should improve our fluenty and pronounciation, Gaçaman gurtulaman
